Job Title: Equity Operations

About Our Client:
A well-known Chinese securities firm.

Location:
Hong Kong

Responsibilities:
- Manage equity operations with a focus on international IPO anchor and cornerstone placement.
- Handle daily clearing and settlement for equity trades.
- Lead client onboarding for institutional (FI, corporate) and select PI individual accounts.
- Collaborate with internal desks and external clients to resolve operational issues.
- Drive process improvements and readily adopt new systems and products as needed.

Pre-requisites:
- 1–5 years of hands-on equity operations experience in a brokerage or investment bank.
- Proven practical experience in IPO placing, including anchor and cornerstone subscriptions.
- Solid client onboarding experience for institutional and corporate accounts.
- Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable learning new things independently.
