**Experience you need:**
* You must live & work in JB (can not commute from KL), bonus if you are already based in JB
* 8–10 years of progressive real estate sales and property marketing experience.

* Track record launching new products, opening buyer bases, and scaling brand value to market leader.
* History anchoring macro sales initiatives aligning with government agencies, GLCs, and the Johor economic corridor.
* Sound knowledge of local housing policies, regulatory frameworks, and regional market dynamics.
* Extensive, active networks with top property agencies, government sectors, and financial institutions.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related fields.
