We are seeking an experienced and visionary Marketing Head to lead the overall marketing strategy for a premium luxury automotive brand. This role is ideal for a marketing leader with a proven track record of building iconic brands, driving customer engagement, and executing high-impact campaigns within the luxury car segment. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in brand marketing, consumer insights, integrated marketing communications, and strategic planning, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable business growth.
As the Marketing Head, you will be responsible for strengthening brand positioning, enhancing customer experiences, and driving demand through innovative marketing initiatives. You will work closely with sales, product, dealership networks, digital teams, and external partners to ensure consistent brand representation across all customer touchpoints.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and branding strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build and strengthen the brand's premium positioning across multiple markets and customer segments.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, experiential, and traditional channels.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through data-driven marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and dealer partners to support product launches, promotions, and retail marketing programs.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer behavior studies to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage annual marketing budgets, optimize campaign performance, and ensure maximum return on investment.
- Oversee creative development, media planning, public relations, and agency partnerships.
- Establish brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing communications.
- Lead and mentor high-performing marketing teams while fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Monitor marketing KPIs and present strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Required Skills
Must-Have Skills
- Strong expertise in Marketing Branding, including brand strategy, brand positioning, and integrated marketing communications.
- Extensive experience working with Luxury Car or premium automotive brands.
- Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior, premium customer experiences, and high-value customer acquisition.
- Proven ability to create and execute large-scale marketing campaigns that enhance brand equity.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing large marketing budgets and agency relationships.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Broad expertise across modern Marketing functions, including digital marketing, performance marketing, content strategy, CRM, and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience planning and executing premium Event Management initiatives such as vehicle launches, customer engagement events, media showcases, dealer conferences, and luxury brand activations.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms, CRM tools, and campaign performance measurement.
- Exposure to partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- 10–20 years of progressive experience in marketing leadership, with significant exposure to luxury automotive or premium consumer brands.
- Demonstrated success in leading branding initiatives, product launches, and integrated marketing campaigns.
