We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing enterprise accounts, driving customer success, and expanding revenue through strategic account management. This role is best suited for professionals who have experience selling complex B2B technology solutions such as SaaS, Artificial Intelligence (AI), ERP, Automation, or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms.
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships with enterprise customers, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them leverage technology solutions to solve business challenges while maximizing customer retention and account expansion.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers by building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop strategic account plans aligned with customer objectives and business priorities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Understand customer business processes and recommend appropriate SaaS, AI, ERP, Automation, or RPA solutions.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to evaluate product adoption, ROI, and future opportunities.
- Lead commercial discussions, contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and account expansion initiatives.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights to customers.
- Achieve and exceed revenue, retention, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Build executive-level relationships and engage decision-makers across customer organizations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 4–15 years of experience in Enterprise Account Management, Account Management, Sales Account Management, or B2B Account Management.
- Strong experience managing enterprise customers in the B2B technology sector.
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue growth, customer retention, and account expansion goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and position technology solutions effectively.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
