Requirements
Contracts
- Draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts for contractors, consultants, vendors, and suppliers.
- Manage contract execution, amendments, variation orders, claims, and contract closures.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with project, legal, finance, and engineering teams to resolve commercial and contractual matters.
- Maintain contract documentation and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
Procurement
- Source and procure construction materials, MEP items, finishing materials, and project-related services.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop vendor and subcontractor relationships.
- Conduct techno-commercial evaluations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely procurement aligned with project timelines and budgets.
- Monitor supplier performance, quality standards, and delivery commitments.
