A typical day:

• Review text content and determine if words and phrases comply with the Client's Community Guidelines
• Add meaningful and informative labels to help train machine learning models
• Identify and categorize inappropriate content to protect the gaming community
• Recognize trends and patterns in user-generated content and gaming culture
• Collaborate with your team to improve labeling processes and efficiency
• Escalate issues and communicate findings to appropriate supervisors

Requirements

• Fluency in German and a good command of English
• Familiarity with online communities and gaming culture
• Understanding of online slang, chat abbreviations, and bypass spellings
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Empathy and commitment to community safety
• Desire to protect players and create positive gaming environments
• Ability to work constructively with feedback
