Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written).
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to solve problems efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers and multiple software applications.
• Previous experience in customer support, payments, or fintech is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria if currently living abroad.
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
