Requirements
- Fluency in German (spoken and written).
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable working with computers, ticketing systems, and multiple software applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and explain solutions clearly.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in customer support, technical support, call centers, or the consumer electronics industry is an advantage but not required.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria if currently living abroad.
- EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
