Requirements
- Fluency in German (spoken and written).
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with computers and multiple software applications.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
- Previous experience in customer service, travel, hospitality, tourism, or call centers is an advantage but not required.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria if currently living abroad.
