We are seeking a highly driven Founder's Office professional to work closely with executive leadership in driving strategic initiatives, business transformation, and Go-to-Market (GTM) execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys solving complex business challenges while working across multiple functions.
As part of the Founder's Office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting key business priorities, identifying growth opportunities, and driving strategic projects from concept to execution. You will collaborate with leadership, sales, marketing, product, operations, and cross-functional teams to improve business performance, accelerate decision-making, and execute high-impact initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, analytical thinking, exceptional communication skills, and execution excellence with hands-on experience in B2B business models and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the leadership team to drive strategic initiatives and business transformation projects.
- Support the planning, execution, and tracking of company-wide business priorities and growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to strengthen GTM execution and market expansion strategies.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business intelligence to identify new opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
- Develop business cases, financial models, presentations, and executive reports for leadership reviews.
- Monitor key business metrics, prepare performance dashboards, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.
- Support strategic partnerships, customer engagements, and high-priority business programs.
- Drive operational excellence by improving processes, governance, and execution frameworks.
- Assist in preparing leadership presentations, board updates, and business planning documents.
- Work independently on special projects, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 7+ years of experience in Strategy, Founder's Office, Business Consulting, Business Operations, Corporate Strategy, or GTM roles.
- Strong understanding of B2B business models, enterprise sales, and commercial strategy.
- Proven experience developing and executing Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives for business growth.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into business actions.
- Strong financial modeling, business planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work directly with senior leadership while maintaining a high level of ownership and accountability.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, business reporting, and analytics tools.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
- MBA or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred.
