About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team supporting the delivery of transnational education programs and branch campus operations across a global network. Working closely with academic staff, partner institutions and University stakeholders, you will help deliver high-quality, student-centred administrative services across the student lifecycle while contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
As the Transnational Education Advisor, you will be responsible for:
Coordinating student administration activities across the full student lifecycle.
Supporting transnational education delivery through academic and teaching administration.
Providing expert advice and responsive support to students, staff and education partners.
Contributing to service improvements, operational processes and stakeholder engagement.
This position makes a significant contribution to the University’s strategic plan to "Changing 10 million lives, Every One Matters", by 2035 through supporting a seamless and student-centred experience for learners studying across transnational education programs and branch campus locations. Working collaboratively with colleagues, academic staff and education partners, the role contributes to a vibrant culture and embraces an agile approach to delivering responsive, high-quality services in a dynamic environment.

About the Office of the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Students)
The Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Students) provides administrative support to key strategic and operational functions of the University’s student-related and academic services. Prescribed Conditions for Employment
Appointment to this role is conditional on the completion of required pre-employment checks and declarations, each of which must be satisfactory to the University. This includes:
A current completed Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and Gender Based Violence Declaration which is satisfactory to the University. The contract of Employment is conditional upon the receipt of these completed compliance checks. A disclosable outcome will not automatically disqualify a candidate from consideration. Each case will be assessed on its individual merits and relevance to the inherent requirements of the role.
How to Apply and Information
You are required to submit a CV, along with a Suitability Statement as a separate document, which addresses the below Key Position Capabilities of the position description:
Experience in coordination and provision of support services in a large, diverse and dynamic environment.
Well-developed and highly effective communication, customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop, maintain and enhance relationships with students, staff and other stakeholders, locally and internationally, with respect for cultural and language differences.
Proven ability to make decisions and apply high-level judgement and problem-solving skills when dealing with sensitive, complex matters.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, accurately and with close attention to detail as well as working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver operational services in a high-volume work environment and achieving strategic outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to interpret administrative policies and procedures, provide a range of related advice and to recommend solutions for operational matters to a variety of stakeholders.
