About the Role
Reporting to the Project Manager (CareSearch Group), the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, functions and processes to the CareSearch including palliAGED (CSpA) and CareSearch Partner Projects (CSPP). This includes organising meetings, workshops, travel arrangements, invoicing, reporting and project documentation.
The role is also responsible for:
Maintain program databases, manage documentation and contribute to the development of promotional and operational resources.
Processing and reconciling accounts for payment for the CSpA and CSPP projects in accordance with established Flinders University procedures.
Assisting with packaging online project orders and follow up documentation for record keeping.
Liaising professionally with internal and external stakeholders, including project partners, consortium members, consumers, carers, clinicians and aged care providers.

About You
You are a highly organised and proactive professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities. You build positive relationships and communicate confidently with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
You bring strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to work collaboratively, manage competing priorities, solve problems and meet deadlines in a complex and fast-paced environment.
You will also demonstrate:
Completion of a diploma-level qualification with relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience, education and training.
Ability to manage mailbox, calendar, and general handling of telephone queries.
Computer and keyboard skills with extensive experience in using the full range of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.
Knowledge and experience of Basware, Spendvision and Technology One financial systems (Desirable).

Appointment to this role is conditional on the completion of required pre-employment checks and declarations, each of which must be satisfactory to the University.

Flinders University will require a current completed Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and Gender Based Violence Declaration which is satisfactory to the University.
