Position Summary: 

This role is responsible for sales planning, order fulfillment coordination, and sales performance analysis to support business growth and inventory optimization. Key responsibilities include managing pre-order processes, monitoring sales targets and shipment plans, coordinating product deliveries, and providing sales performance reporting and insights to channel managers.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:

Sales Planning

·         Compare monthly sales macro plan with achievement status against targets.

·         Manage the HG/SG Pre-order process and ensure data delivery within the proper CRD.

·         Process monthly sales closing data and calculate remaining pre-order quantities and amounts by channel.

·         Track monthly sales targets and incoming schedules to calculate available sales plans.

·         Adjust remaining purchase orders based on on-hand inventory and sales plans to reduce ending inventory.

·         Calculate sales profit and margin changes after simulations for SG clearance and planned returns.

·         Update remaining HG Macro plans per channel weekly.

·         Participate in system development to enhance salesforce systems (POS, B2B, Domo, etc.).

Delivery Planning & Shipment Coordination

·         Regular sales and delivery plan update and adjust the shipment status for the month

·         Develop delivery plans between sales rep and customers regarding product arrivals

·         Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth shipment of existing stock around the main products arrival times

·         Confirm schedule adjustments for incoming shipments to meet sales plans macros and orders

·         Verify shipment priorities for the sales team based on the market inventory level to execute the delivery plan

Sales Data Analysis

·         Regular update the progress of SG/HG Sell-In status by following monthly Macro plans

·         Minimize year-end inventory through product-specific shipment and sales analysis

·         Analyze the progress and achievements status of sales targets by sales rep. and channels

·         Report on the progress of the monthly/quarterly sales plan for each channel manager

·         Provide and analyze monthly SG Sell-out reports.

·         Manage DOMO(data dashboard tool) dashboards and create new dashboards as needed to support sales.

B2B (Customer /Sales Rep Order System) Operations

1. Product & Catalog Management

·         Manage sales tools via Endeca(content management tool), including catalog updates/menu management and notice pop-ups/homepage images.

·         Register products and product information on the site via Akeneo(product information management tool).

·         Register product images via SFTP(secure file transfer tool).

·         Test the Custom-Club Configurator (verify product updates and update product images).

2. Account Management

·         Keep B2B customer information up to date via the internal CS system.

·         Create and manage B2B accounts via EBS, including user ID approval, password resets.

3. System Management & Issue Handling

·         Hold regular meetings with the US headquarters B2B team to stay updated on changes and improve the order system environment.

·         Create and follow up on IT tickets for site issues.

Knowledge and Skill Requirement:

·         Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

·         Native Korean speaker with fluent verbal and written English communication skills

Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:

·         BS Degree in Business management or related work experience.

·         3 years of professional experience in related roles.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

·         Normal office conditions with extensive computer and phone usage.

·         Able to work overtime approximately 1-2 times per month as necessary.

·         Light physical effort involving occasionally lifting or moving lightweight materials.
