We're looking for a high-energy, AI-native Client Partner to own our Twitch and Roblox portfolios in Argentina, connecting top advertisers and agencies with two of the most engaged audiences in gaming and live entertainment.

What you'll do

Own and grow strategic relationships with international advertisers and agencies in Argentina across both the Twitch and Roblox portfolios.

Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and marketing stakeholders, helping them navigate live-streaming and in-game advertising landscapes.

Drive revenue through new client acquisition, renewals, and upsell opportunities — leveraging AI and automation tools to multiply pipeline capacity.

Translate technical metrics (VTR, CPV, viewability, engagement, in-game impressions) into compelling, narrative-driven business growth stories.

Educate brands and agencies on the power of Twitch and Roblox as premium media channels; represent Aleph at key industry events.

Partner with internal teams on strategic planning, media buying, reporting, and campaign optimization for both platforms.

Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and support forecasting/revenue recognition to ensure predictability across both books of business.

What you need for this role

Languages: Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.

Education: BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience: 5+ years in sales and account management within digital advertising platforms, media agencies, or AdTech/Ad Networks — gaming or streaming experience is a strong plus.

AI fluency: Proven track record adopting AI/productivity tools to automate routine tasks and scale sales operations.

Deep understanding of digital ad metrics and campaign optimization on premium platforms.

Excellent consultative communication skills, able to influence multiple levels of stakeholders.

Highly organized, comfortable juggling two platform pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
