What You Will Do
Act as a consultant to clients on how to succeed on the paid media platform, helping them meet their business goals and desired KPIs efficiently.
Lead optimization efforts, improve campaign set-up, monitor performance, and advise on the necessary optimization steps.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to shape strategies that help clients scale their business on the platform.
Build strong relationships with agencies and advertisers.
Plan and host educational sessions with campaign managers at agency level and with clients.
Take accountability for product adoption across agency teams and strategic clients, with the aim of increasing STR.
Act as the technical expert on products, and relay updates and strategies to stakeholders in a clear, concise way.
Identify upselling opportunities to generate incremental revenue.
Liaise with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client campaign queries.
Curate and conduct business reviews.
Align with Client Partners on pod strategy and the tactical plan each quarter.
Work with Client Partners on pre-sales and post-sales opportunities, including deck preparation.
Develop your own expertise to become a performance specialist who executes campaigns effectively.
What We Are Looking For
3-5 years of media experience.
Hands-on experience with paid media campaign management, data analysis, and campaign optimization.
Strong time management and project management skills.
A proactive attitude.
High flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience creating and presenting decks to clients. Salesforce experience is an advantage.
