Join us in Riyadh as a Client Solutions Manager and become the architect of our client partnerships. This is a consultative account management and digital advertising role for someone who enjoys client consulting, campaign strategy, performance marketing, and turning business objectives into measurable results. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-potential advertisers, translating their goals into powerful advertising strategies that make the most of our platform partners, all backed by Aleph’s global capabilities. You are the quarterback who helps clients achieve their goals and find new avenues for growth.
What You’ll Do:
Develop strategic partnerships: Go beyond day-to-day management to build and nurture long-term client relationships. Act as a trusted consultant and embed yourself in your clients’ businesses.
Deliver data-driven insights: Lead client education, conduct regular business reviews (QBRs), and present performance analysis that tells a story and provides clear, actionable recommendations.
Orchestrate flawless execution: Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from strategic planning and onboarding to execution and reporting. Proactively troubleshoot issues to ensure flawless delivery and exceptional performance.
Identify and drive growth: Proactively analyze campaign data, market trends, and client performance to identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.
Be the voice of the client: Work seamlessly with internal Sales, Analytics, and Creative teams, and with our platform partners, so that client feedback informs our strategies and product offerings.
What We Are Looking For:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Native or full professional fluency in Arabic, alongside excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
A strong analytical mindset and a passion for solving problems with data.
Genuine curiosity about the digital advertising industry and an appetite for learning.
A proactive, “doer” attitude, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
What Will Make Us Really Love You:
2+ years of experience in account management, performance marketing, or a client-facing role in the digital advertising industry.
Hands-on experience managing and setting up awareness campaigns on digital advertising platforms.
Experience with performance-driven campaigns on major digital advertising platforms (for example Meta, Google, or TikTok) is a plus.
Experience presenting to and negotiating with senior-level stakeholders.
Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs), CRM platforms, and/or e-commerce analytics.
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue or retention targets.
