GenesisCare is looking for a compassionate, motivated and organised Patient Services Officer (Medical Receptionist) to join our supportive team at our Malvern clinic.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a positive and welcoming experience throughout their cancer care journey. This varied role combines exceptional customer service with administrative support in a fast-paced clinical environment.

On offer is a full-time position working Monday to Friday.

More specifically, you will:

• Work efficiently in a fast paced administrative environment where delivering an exceptional patient experience is always the priority.
• Act as the first point of contact for patients, providing a warm, professional and compassionate experience both in person and over the phone.
• Support patients throughout their care journey, responding to enquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Adapt to a dynamic clinic environment with changing priorities while maintaining a calm and patient focused approach.
• Book, coordinate and confirm patient appointments and consultations, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Process billing and receipting accurately at the time of appointment.
• Complete accurate data entry and maintain patient documentation in accordance with clinic procedures.
• Support the smooth day to day operation of the clinic through proactive administration and coordination.
• Collaborate closely with clinicians and the wider team to provide outstanding patient care and maintain efficient workflows.
• Manage patient records and correspondence, ensuring information is accurate, confidential and completed in a timely manner.
• Build positive relationships with patients, families and carers, helping to create a welcoming and supportive clinic environment.
