GenesisCare is looking for experienced Radiation Therapists who are eligible for an Australian Working Holiday Visa and would love the opportunity to live and work in beautiful South Australia.

We’ll cover the cost of your Working Holiday Visa and provide some relocation support to help make your move to Australia that little bit easier.

Please note: These opportunities are currently available to Radiation Therapists who can access an Australian Working Holiday Visa. We are unable to offer employer sponsorship for your initial move to Australia. However, if you decide Australia is somewhere you’d like to call home longer term, future employer sponsorship may be considered.

The role

As a Radiation Therapist with GenesisCare, you’ll join a supportive multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality radiotherapy treatment and planning while providing personalised care to patients throughout their cancer treatment journey.

Specifically, you will:

• Deliver radiation therapy treatment and planning activities.
• Ensure the safe and accurate delivery of radiation therapy processes and procedures.
• Monitor and respond to patients' needs, maintaining a strong patient focus throughout their treatment.
• Work collaboratively with Radiation Oncologists and the broader multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Provide patients with relevant information and support relating to their radiation therapy.
• Contribute to ongoing professional development, learning and continuous improvement.

What you'll bring

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Radiation Therapy
• Demonstrated technical competence across radiotherapy treatment and planning
• Knowledge of contemporary radiotherapy modalities and techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine commitment to patient-centred care
• The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Eligibility to obtain Australian registration with Ahpra and the relevant state radiation licence
• Eligibility for an Australian Working Holiday Visa
