Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Logistics Analyst to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for tracking and analysis of inventory, procuring, and shipping for the program.
What You'll Be Doing:
Maintain accurate accountability records for classified and unclassified Government Furnished Equipment and Material as well as Parsons equipment and materials
Manage, track and report on annual government inventory and responsible for monthly CAP reports
Responsible for ordering, shipping and receiving items for facility per program facility processes; also courier services to facilities, including government
Proactively attempt to prevent issues; promptly resolve issues affecting the efficiency and overall results of the organization
Ensure chain of custody of equipment by tracking delivery and securely storing
Manage procurement status via program tools and track shipments
Perform periodic inventory of equipment
Other Ad-hoc duties as requested by customer and programs
Perform internal company ordering of equipment, office supplies, etc. across the Parsons Central Maryland offices, in alignment with individual program/organizational budgets.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Active TS/SCI w/ Poly REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION
Bachelor's Degree (An advanced degree may be preferred at this level. Equivalent education/experience may be allowed as defined by contract)
Minimum of 8+ years of related professional experience, preferably in logistics or supply chain, supporting complex programs (federal experience preferred).
Minimum 7 years of experience specifically in ordering, receiving, and inventorying parts components, supplies and equipment with experience in packing and shipping of electronic equipment
Minimum 5 years of experience in using material control procedures on Government contracts
Security Clearance Requirement:
