We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent Turnante for the 2027 season to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering authentic hospitality with exceptional care and attention to detail in every guest interaction. 

Requirements

• Manage Front Desk operations according to company policies while maintaining high service standards. 

• Build and maintain professional relationships with guests and colleagues. 

• Anticipate guests' needs and address any complaints effectively. 

• Perform cash and credit transactions as required. 

• Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. 
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels. 
• Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. 
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of service. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
