At Castello di Casole, a Belmond Hotel, we are looking for a welcoming and polished Front Desk Agent, who will deliver seamless check-in/check-out procedures and personalized guest hospitality. 

Requirements

• Manage guest check-in, check-out, room assignments, and billing procedures via Property Management System (PMS). 
• Welcome guests upon arrival with genuine warmth, providing
• property orientation and key information. 
• Handle incoming inquiries, telephone calls, and guest requests promptly and professionally. 
• Coordinate guest movements, special amenities, and preferences with Housekeeping and Concierge. 
• Maintain accurate guest billing records, cash floats, and credit card processing protocols. 

What You Bring 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Office operations within 5-star luxury hotels. 

• Proficiency in PMS software (preferably Opera) and Microsoft Office. 

• High emotional intelligence, problem-solving mindset, and refined presentation. 

• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities. 

• Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is highly desirable.
