At Castello di Casole, a Belmond Hotel, we are looking for an exceptionally connected, knowledgeable, and resourceful Concierge, who will unlock extraordinary local experiences and tailor bespoke itineraries for our discerning guests.

Primary Responsibilities Include 

• Provide bespoke concierge services, assisting guests with fine-dining reservations, private transfers, exclusive access, and tailored cultural excursions. 

• Build and nurture strong networks with local luxury partners, artisans, boat charters, and high-end service providers. 

• Anticipate guest desires, resolving complex requests or changes with absolute discretion, creativity, and speed. 

• Maintain complete accuracy in tracking guest preferences and concierge booking logs via internal systems. 

• Maintain an elegant presence at the Concierge Desk, acting as a passionate ambassador for the destination. 

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Concierge in a 5-star luxury. 
• Deep local knowledge of the destination, cultural landscape, and high-end gastronomy. 
• Outstanding communication, diplomacy, and storytelling abilities. 
• Problem-solving ingenuity and a strong network of local contacts. 
• Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in a third language is highly preferred.
