Meet your future team

You will join the Data & AI Platforms team, where we work to accelerate the adoption of AI across the organisation through a federated delivery model. Business functions own their priorities and outcomes, while this team provides expertise, standards and delivery capabilities to help turn ideas into scalable solutions.

As an AI Solutions Partner, you will act as the bridge between business and technology. You will partner closely with leaders and stakeholders across your assigned business areas, helping them identify opportunities, shape solutions and realise value through AI. Working alongside Data Engineers, Data Scientists and Platform Engineers, you will guide AI use cases from discovery and design through implementation, adoption and continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining business understanding, technology expertise and stakeholder engagement to drive meaningful outcomes.

What we offer

As an AI Solutions Partner, you will own the end-to-end journey of AI use cases within your business areas. You will help shape the AI agenda, drive delivery and ensure solutions create measurable value.

More specifically your tasks will be to:

• Partner with business leaders to identify, prioritise and deliver high-value AI use cases.
• Translate business opportunities and challenges into AI solutions, including agents, GenAI applications, automations and custom-built products.
• Lead AI initiatives from discovery and requirements gathering through solution design, implementation, adoption and value realisation.
• Define data and semantic requirements and collaborate closely with Data Engineering and Data & AI Platform teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Contribute hands-on where needed through prototyping, configuration, prompt engineering and development of reusable components.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, change management and adoption to maximise business impact.
• Communicate progress, outcomes and realised value to senior stakeholders and represent your business areas within the AI CoE.
• Feed insights and platform requirements back to engineering teams to help continuously improve shared capabilities and tooling.

What you will bring

You are naturally curious about how technology can solve business challenges and create value. You are equally comfortable discussing strategy with business stakeholders and working with technical teams to shape and deliver solutions.

Moreover, we expect that you:

• Have experience delivering Data, Analytics or AI solutions in a business environment.
• Bring a strong technical foundation and understanding of modern cloud, data and analytics platforms.
• Have knowledge of Generative AI, LLM-based solutions and emerging AI technologies.
• Possess strong solution design and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Have experience working closely with stakeholders and navigating priorities, processes, budgets and change initiatives.
• Are an excellent communicator who can build relationships across both business and technical communities.
• Thrive in collaborative and cross-functional environments.
• Take a pragmatic and value-focused approach to delivery.
