About the Role

Coupang is seeking a Product Manager to join the International Transportation Product team, responsible for building and scaling technology products that power our end-to-end transportation network across Asia.

This role owns products spanning the entire transportation journey, from supplier pickup and fulfillment center movement to last-mile delivery and returns. You will work closely with operations, engineering, and data teams to develop innovative products that improve efficiency, reliability, and customer experience.

This is not a Taiwan-only role. The successful candidate will have opportunities to drive transportation technology initiatives with global impact, including our strategic address intelligence platform and next-generation delivery applications across multiple markets.

What You Will Do

Product Ownership

• Own and manage products across the full transportation lifecycle:
• First Mile (Supplier → Fulfillment Center)
• Middle Mile (Fulfillment Center → Delivery Station)
• Last Mile (Delivery Station → Customer / Returns)
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and requirements based on business needs and operational challenges.
• Write detailed product requirements and work closely with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Partner with operations teams to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvement, and service enhancement.

Transportation Technology Innovation

• Lead the development of transportation technology products that improve network efficiency and delivery performance.
• Drive adoption of new products through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), pilot programs, and large-scale rollout across the network.
• Develop AI-powered solutions to enhance delivery quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

Address Intelligence Platform

• Contribute to the development of Coupang's proprietary address intelligence platform.
• Build products that leverage delivery insights collected across millions of customer interactions and thousands of drivers.
• Help create scalable infrastructure that improves address accuracy, route efficiency, and delivery success rates across markets.

Delivery App Experience

• Drive enhancements to the delivery applications used by drivers.
• Work on innovative capabilities including:
• Real-time delivery photo verification
• Location compliance validation
• Image intelligence and automation
• AI-powered operational tools

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Data Analytics, and Business stakeholders.
• Make data-driven product decisions through metrics analysis and experimentation.
• Influence transportation technology strategy across Taiwan and other international markets.

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience.
• Proven experience managing products from concept through launch and adoption.
• Strong experience writing product requirements and working closely with engineering teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English & Chinese communication skills (written and verbal).
• Currently based in Taiwan

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Transportation, Logistics, Mobility, Ride-Hailing, Delivery, or Supply Chain industries.
• Software Engineering background, especially candidates who transitioned from SDE to Product Management.
• Experience building data-intensive or platform products.
• Experience working with AI, machine learning, or operational technology products.
• Experience working across multiple countries or global teams.
