The Customer Service Representative is responsible for executing the Order-to-Delivery process, supporting the Sales organization and acting as a key point of contact for customers to ensure a high level of service.
This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence, monitor service performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer service activities to ensure an efficient and high-quality customer experience.
- Execute and monitor the Order-to-Delivery process for Iberian customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.
- Monitor operational KPIs, identify service inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
- Collaborate closely with Supply Planning, Distribution, Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain accurate customer and material master data to minimize complaints, returns, and credit notes.
- Support sales plans by providing accurate and timely information to relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Customer Service within FMCG, Consumer Goods, Cosmetics, or similar industries.
- Experience working in a B2B environment.
- Good knowledge of customer service and order management processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or JDE.
- Fluent English (C1 level).
