Job Summary:
The Senior Director of Operational Excellence and Projects will be fully responsible for large scale Supply Chain projects, including the opening of new iHerb fulfillment centers, driving Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement at iHerb, and the primary responsibility for the administration of iHerb’s third-party logistics (3PL) network. Candidates will be responsible for the opening and closing facilities from both a management and operational level as well as taking the initiative for strategic projects that impact the Supply Chain organization. Scope will also include the daily management of Labor Management within the iHerb facilities and the management of the network of 3PL contracts that iHerb currently or will use. Candidates will establish a culture of process improvement in the distribution centers and enable a strong project management foundation within the Operational teams. The Senior Director of Operational Excellence and Projects will work with his/her direct reports and the Operations teams to improve efficiency, develop, maintain, and track labor standards to reduce costs. The individual’s expertise will also be used to develop and implement regional and national projects and strategies, supporting iHerb's global fulfillment network.
Job Expectations:
Planning and Analysis
Manage the planning, development, and deployment of supply chain projects.
Lead supply chain planning efforts, including capacity modeling, network modeling, and capital budgeting.
Identify capacity impacts to distribution centers associated with varying parameters within the supply chain, ensuring alignment with global inventory placement.
Assist with transportation optimization initiatives and analyze cost reductions through process improvements.
Distribution Center Design, Automation & Implementation
Oversee and assist with the design of distribution facilities, including new facilities, facility retrofits, conveyor changes, and other material handling equipment changes.
Maintain relationships with key automation/material handling vendors.
Identify and implement design changes that will improve efficiencies, capacity & throughput.
Design and recommend department layouts and product flows in the distribution center, incorporating sustainability and energy-efficiency goals.
Continuous Improvement & Labor Management
Develop preferred methods/standard operating procedures for the warehouse in conjunction with operational support.
Implement and support a labor management program and software configuration.
Develop and maintain multi-variable labor standards utilizing modern WMS (Warehouse Management System) data.
Troubleshoot Labor Management System and interface issues(as needed).
Lead the engineering team to identify, define, and implement process improvement opportunities.
Introduce and adapt improvement methodologies as appropriate to drive change (ex., Lean or Six Sigma).
Address all aspects of change, including people, processes, systems, and equipment.
Management of Team Members
Lead direct reports, systems, and projects to achieve unit goals in accordance with company policies and practices.
Work with cross-functional teams to drive results to complete complex operational projects.
Create an effective work environment by developing a common vision, setting clear objectives, expecting teamwork, recognizing outstanding performance, and maintaining open communication

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Projects: Proven results in opening and closing fulfillment centers. Demonstrated experience in working closely with automation vendors, in-sourced and outsourced engineering teams, and familiarity with 3PL landscape.
Analytical & Leadership: Analytical, planning and organizing, sound judgment, decision making, and leadership skills required. Proven project management/leadership skills.
Systems & Automation: Experience with work measurement & performance management programs, conveyor design and optimization, large project management, and warehouse systems.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office products with an emphasis in Excel and Access. Proficient with AutoCAD.
Automation Maintenance: Expertise in maintaining & troubleshooting conveyor systems (e.g., sensors & controls). Experience with WMS integration, Dematic, and Bastian WCS is desired.
Labor Management: Experience with labor reporting systems. Proficient at utilizing labor data to cost-justify capital expenditure and process change ROI.
Process Improvement: Ability to analyze and provide solutions for cost reduction through process improvements and cost/benefit analysis. Ability to drive process improvements and work within a team to resolve problems.
Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, professional attitude, and approach (and the ability to interact with individuals at various levels of the organization, up and down).
Safety & Ergonomics: Able to conduct ergonomic evaluations, recommending and implementing improvements to work area designs.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical engineering; Master's degree a plus
Experience Requirements:
Generally requires a minimum of twelve (12) plus years of experience as an engineer in retail and/or e-commerce distribution.
Lean/Six Sigma certification desired.
Judgment/Reasoning Ability:
Able to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment, poise, and diplomacy.
Ability to use judgment and reasoning skills, and determine when to escalate issues, as required,on time.

Principal Enterprise Architect - Order-to-Cash/Supply Chain Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Business leaders and Stakeholders to understand organizational goals and translate them into technology strategies.•

Lead end to end design and integration of comprehensive business solutions across ERP (SAP), SCM, Finance, and other enterprise applications.

Experience in business process framework including process decomposition, data and functional flows and architecture frameworks

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Security Automation Engineer and builder who thrives on creating automated, secure cloud environments and scaling security operations. You will design and maintain infrastructure-as-code, cloud security automations, and modern security tooling — with a strong focus on AWS, Splunk Enterprise Security, Splunk SOAR, and Okta Identity. This role combines deep cloud infrastructure expertise with security orchestration and identity management to strengthen our overall defensive posture.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and scripts (Python, Bash, Terraform) to streamline security processes and workflows.
Deploy and manage secure, scalable infrastructure on AWS using Terraform via Scalr and Harness, with additional presence in GCP and Azure.
Build, support, and optimize AWS Step Functions, Lambda, and EventBridge workflows from a centralized tooling account that operates across multiple spoke accounts in the AWS Organization.
Maintain Kubernetes clusters using Helm charts, including in-house security automations on pods that integrate with CSPM tools and Jira ticketing processes.
Develop and enforce cloud security guardrails using OPA, Guardrails, Service Control Policies (SCPs), IaC security gates, and tag policies.
Architect, build, and maintain Splunk Enterprise Security (ES) integrations, including onboarding log sources, managing indexes, tuning correlation searches, and configuring automated response actions.
Design and implement Splunk SOAR playbooks to automate security tasks, reduce Mean Time to Respond (MTTR), and scale SOC capabilities.
Serve as the subject matter expert for Okta Identity Engine (OIE) — building and managing scalable SSO policies, modern authentication (SAML/OIDC), and identity lifecycle processes.
Leverage AWS security services (GuardDuty, Macie, IAM, Control Tower, KMS, CloudTrail, EventBridge) to build event-driven automations for threat detection and response.

The SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) Analyst will support, configure, and optimize end-to-end supply chain planning processes within our industry domain of e-commerce digital operation, focusing on modules like Demand, Supply, Forecasting and S&OP. This role will translate business requirements into technical solutions, manage system enhancements, and ensure data integrity within SAP IBP and integration with SAP S/4HANA using CPI, CPI-DS and RTI technologies.

Summary:
Are you passionate about securing global-scale ecommerce services and applications that power millions of customers across over a hundred countries around the globe? We are looking for a hands-on Principal Product Security Engineer to lead our Secure Development Lifecycle assurance processes, our security automation technologies, drive the security hardening strategy across our product and respond to current and emerging security threats. This role can be fully remote and must reside in US.
In this role, you will help us drive our Product Security strategy working with development teams globally to define new security capabilities, grow the team by hiring the best talent, and partner with senior leaders across the organization to deliver company-wide security initiatives.
Responsibilities Include::
Lead cross-functional projects and establish cutting-edge security development lifecycle practices
Directed security design reviews and threat modeling for new and existing services at iHerb
Evaluate, prototype, implement, and operate security-focused tools and services
Create new secure architecture standards, frameworks and patterns spanning multiple layers
Discover and analyze emerging security threats, determining applicability to iHerb and proactively implement centralized mitigations
Evaluate, prototype, implement, and operate security tools and services (DAST, SAST, SCA...)
Maintain a strong knowledge of current security threats and operational best practices
Drive our security assessment, penetration testing and bug bounty programs
Participate in security incident response
In order to be successful in this role you must have:
Demonstrated technical foundation (Computer Science / Engineering degree or equivalent experience) with an innate ability to translate technical vulnerabilities into organizational risks
8+ years of technical security leadership at a top-tier software company including experience with security products, threat modeling, security design, security architecture, cryptography, mobile security, and broader cloud computing technologies
Solid understanding of common application and infrastructure security vulnerabilities and mitigations (OWASP Top 10, CWE 25…)
Proficiency implementing SDL process, technology, and automation in a DevOps environment
Experience with large-scale web applications and microservices, including API design, access management, authorization, authentication, data protection and encryption
Knowledge of major programming languages and frameworks (e.g. Python, C# .NET, JavaScript, node.js, Java...)
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, collaboration and communication skills
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience with Cloudflare security, AWS VPCs, EC2 instances and docker
Ability to drive good decisions through data with great attention to detail and deliver KPIs
Experience driving application security training, security champions and awareness campaigns
Active contributor to the security community (research, open source, publications…) with the ability to attract and hire great talent

Job Summary:
The Senior Product Manager – Marketing Technology (MarTech) Platforms will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of iHerb’s core marketing technology ecosystem. This role is responsible for leading the integration, evolution, and optimization of third-party and in-house MarTech platforms that power customer data, personalization, content, and lifecycle marketing experiences.
This role will partner closely with Engineering, Marketing, Data, and external vendors to deliver scalable, reliable, and future-ready platforms such as Customer Data Platforms (e.g., Simon AI), orchestration and messaging platforms (e.g., Braze), and additional capabilities including CMS, PIM, DAM, and Language Service Providers (LSPs). The Sr. PM will also drive strategic decisions around build vs. buy, platform consolidation, and long-term architecture to support global growth and marketing innovation.
Job Expectations:
Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of iHerb’s core Marketing Technology (MarTech) platforms and integrations.
Lead build vs. buy decisions for current and future capabilities, including CDP, orchestration, CMS, PIM, DAM, LSP, and related platforms.
Serve as the product owner for key third-party MarTech platforms (e.g., Simon AI, Braze), including roadmap alignment and feature adoption.
Partner with Engineering to design and deliver scalable, reliable integrations between MarTech platforms and iHerb’s core systems.
Translate marketing and business needs into clear technical requirements, data flows, and platform capabilities.
Act as a strategic partner to Marketing, enabling personalization, lifecycle marketing, content operations, and experimentation through technology.
Balance near-term marketing needs with long-term platform scalability, maintainability, and technical health.
Define success metrics and KPIs to measure platform performance, adoption, and business impact.
Drive cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Engineering, Data, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.
Participate in agile development processes, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and reviews.

Job Summary:
The Senior Product Manager – Growth will own the strategy, experimentation roadmap, and execution of growth initiatives across iHerb’s B2C ecommerce experience. This role is accountable for driving measurable improvements in acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and lifetime value across web, app, and owned marketing channels.
This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for identifying friction in the customer journey and run high velocity experiments to optimize the funnel. You are a "full-stack" growth thinker who understands how to use data and insights to unlock revenue and customer value at scale.
Own the end-to-end strategy for growth initiatives, focusing on conversion rate optimization (CRO), referral loops, and retention mechanics.

Design, deploy, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across web and app platforms to improve key funnel metrics.
