As a Senior Engineering Technician specializing in RF Hardware, you will be a critical hands-on contributor to the build, test, and validation of our satellite RF systems. You bring deep bench experience working with RF hardware across multiple spectrum bands — from transmitters and receivers to antennas and arrays — and you know how to troubleshoot when things don't behave the way the simulation said they would. You work fluidly between the lab bench, the anechoic chamber, and the engineering team, translating test data into actionable insight and keeping development programs moving with discipline and precision.

This role is fully on-site in Arlington, TX, where you'll work alongside a close-knit team building hardware that will fly in space.

What you will do

Build, tune, and troubleshoot RF hardware including transmitters, receivers, transmission lines, antennas, and phased arrays across multiple communication spectrum bands

Set up and operate RF test equipment including VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and anechoic chamber measurement systems; perform calibration and maintain equipment integrity

Interpret and work from engineering drawings, schematics, and 3D CAD models; apply GD&T principles and support configuration control practices

Support prototype development cycles end-to-end — assembly, rework, environmental testing, and design validation — in an aerospace or high-reliability hardware environment

Apply RF fundamentals including impedance matching, S-parameters, radiation patterns, gain, and polarization to correlate test data against design intent and identify root causes of anomalies

Generate clear, accurate test reports; track discrepancies; support root cause investigations; and communicate findings effectively to engineering teams

Follow aerospace standards and disciplined lab and shop procedures including AS9100, ESD control, cleanliness protocols, and environmental, thermal, and vibration testing practices

Partner closely with RF and systems engineers to support design iterations, provide build feedback, and help drive hardware from prototype to flight-ready configuration

What you bring to the role

5+ years of hands-on experience building, tuning, and troubleshooting RF hardware across multiple spectrum bands in an aerospace, defense, or high-reliability environment

Strong proficiency with RF test equipment — VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, anechoic chamber systems — and solid calibration technique

Ability to read and work from engineering drawings, schematics, and 3D CAD models; working knowledge of GD&T and configuration control

Demonstrated experience supporting full prototype development cycles including assembly, rework, environmental testing, and design validation

Solid working knowledge of RF fundamentals — impedance matching, S-parameters, radiation patterns, gain, polarization — and the ability to connect test data to design intent

Strong documentation discipline — test reports, discrepancy tracking, root cause analysis — and clear communication with engineering and program teams

Familiarity with aerospace standards and practices including AS9100, ESD control, cleanliness, and environmental/thermal/vibration testing

Bonus points for the following

Experience with phased array antenna assembly, alignment, and RF characterization

Familiarity with satellite communication systems or space-grade RF hardware

Exposure to automated test systems or scripting for data acquisition and analysis

IPC or other relevant hardware workmanship certifications

Experience working in an anechoic chamber environment for antenna pattern measurements

THE ROLE:

The Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) serves as the primary authority responsible for the cybersecurity posture and compliance of all classified information systems operating within a Top Secret possessing facility under a Department of Defense (DoD) Facility Clearance (FCL). This role is pivotal in ensuring the organization meets all requirements set forth by the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), and applicable Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs).

The ISSM will serve as the authoritative point of contact to the Cognizant Security Authority (CSA) and Government Contracting Activity (GCA) for all matters relating to the authorization, operation, and continuous monitoring of classified information systems, including Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) systems where applicable

What You'll Do:

System Authorization & Accreditation (A&A / RMF)

• Lead the Assessment and Authorization (A&A) process for all classified IS under the Risk Management Framework (RMF) in accordance with NIST SP 800-37 and DAAPM.

• Prepare, maintain, and submit System Security Plans (SSPs), Security Assessment Reports (SARs), Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms), and Authorization to Operate (ATO) packages.

• Serve as the primary liaison with DCSA and Government customer representatives during system assessments, inspections, and audits.

• Maintain and manage the System Security Authorization Agreement (SSAA) or equivalent documentation for all IS operating at the TS level or above.

Compliance & Policy Management

• Ensure all classified information systems comply with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), applicable DoD and IC cybersecurity policies, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs), and Statement of Work (SOW) security requirements.

• Develop, implement, and maintain facility-level Information Systems Security policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Enforce configuration management (CM) controls and ensure all hardware/software changes to classified IS are reviewed and approved prior to implementation.

• Conduct periodic self-inspections of classified IS programs and remediate findings in coordination with the FSO and program leadership.

Continuous Monitoring & Incident Response

• Implement and manage a Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) program for all authorized classified information systems.

• Monitor audit logs, SIEM alerts, and vulnerability scan results; investigate anomalies and potential insider threats.

• Serve as the Facility Incident Response Manager for classified information system security incidents; coordinate reporting to DCSA and GCAs within required timeframes.

• Conduct or oversee technical vulnerability assessments and penetration testing as required by the CSA or contract requirements.

Personnel Security & Training

• Oversee ISSM-delegated Information System Security Officer (ISSO) personnel; provide mentorship, task delegation, and performance oversight.

• Develop and deliver annual IS security awareness training and role-based training for users of classified information systems.

• Maintain personnel access records and access control lists (ACLs) for all classified IS; ensure need-to-know verification prior to system access grants.

• Coordinate with the FSO to ensure the integration of personnel security and information security requirements.

Physical & Technical Security Integration

• Coordinate with facilities and physical security teams to ensure IS are housed in appropriately accredited spaces (SCIFs, Closed Areas, SAPs) in accordance with ICD 705 and DCSA physical security standards.

• Manage and enforce media protection, sanitization, and destruction procedures for classified storage media in accordance with NSA/CSS EPL requirements.

• Oversee PKI, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and privileged access management (PAM) implementations across classified networks

What You Bring:

• Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance; SCI eligibility required or must be obtainable within 6 months of hire.

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in information systems security within a DoD or Intelligence Community classified environment with 5 or more year’s direct experience as an ISSM, ISSP, Security Control Assessor (SCA), or equivalent position

• Demonstrated ISSM or ISSO experience supporting DCSA-adjudicated classified IS programs under NISPOM/DAAPM.

• A minimum of 3 years of direct working knowledge of the NIST RMF process (NIST SP 800-37, 800-53, 800-171) and DoD Assessment Methodology (DAAPM).

• Experience preparing and managing ATOs, SSPs, SAPs, and POA&Ms for TS and SCI-level information systems.

• Proficiency with eMASS (Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service) or equivalent GRC tool.

• Working knowledge of SIEM platforms, vulnerability scanners (e.g., ACAS/Nessus), and HBSS/endpoint security tools.

• IAM Level II or III certification required per DoD 8570.01-M / DoD 8140 (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GSLC, or equivalent).

• Master’s degree or Bachelor's degree with equivalent work experience and certifications in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, OR equivalent verifiable experience.

Bonus Points for the Following:

• Current TS/SCI access with polygraph (CI or Full Scope).

• Experience supporting Special Access Programs (SAPs) or Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs).

• Familiarity with Cross Domain Solutions (CDS), data transfer processes, and CDSE/NSA approval workflows.

• Experience with LINUX and Windows hardened STIG baseline implementation and validation.

• Knowledge of ICD 503, ICS 500-27, and CNSSI 1253 security control overlays.

• Prior DCSA inspection experience (NISP, SAP, or SCI programs).

• Additional certifications such as CASP+, CCSP, Security+, or CEH are a plus.

• Direct experience managing the system lifecycle of connected classified systems including Secret Defense Research and Engineering Network (SDREN), Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET), Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET, and Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) systems .

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing startup finance team. This role offers broad exposure across general accounting, NetSuite, accounts payable, audit and tax support, and is ideal for a CPA candidate or licensed CPA looking to deepen hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing:

General Accounting & Month-End Close

Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes

Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, payroll, inventory, and fixed assets

Assist with balance sheet account reconciliations and timely resolution of variances

Reconcile bank statements, cash-in-transit, and credit card statements

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules

Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting controls

NetSuite (Advanced Use)

Perform daily accounting activities in NetSuite

Maintain and reconcile the general ledger and related subledgers

Use saved searches, standard reports, and dashboards to support analysis and close

Assist with NetSuite enhancements, testing, and process improvements

Support integration and use of NetSuite modules, including Accounts Payable, Inventory, and Manufacturing

Accounts Payable (AP)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Specialist (or Contract Paralegal) to support the Legal team with routine contract matters, including NDAs and procurement-related agreements. This role will manage standardized contracting workflows, serve as a key liaison to internal stakeholders, and help drive efficiency across the contract lifecycle, enabling attorneys to focus on complex and strategic legal work.

Key Responsibilities:

Routine Contract Management

Monitor and manage the contract intake system, independently handling standard NDAs end-to-end, routing non-standard NDAs to Corporate Counsel, and escalating all other contract types to the appropriate legal counsel.

Conduct first-level review of vendor and procurement terms and conditions, resolving routine matters independently and escalating non-standard or higher-risk provisions as needed.

Identify and escalate agreements involving intellectual property, licensing, or other specialized legal issues to the appropriate counsel.

Track contract lifecycle milestones, including key dates, renewal deadlines, expirations, and obligations; proactively flag upcoming action items to relevant stakeholders.

Maintain and organize the contract repository, ensuring executed agreements are properly stored, categorized, and accessible.

Prepare contract summaries and abstracts for business stakeholders.

Workflow & Collaboration

Partner with Procurement and Finance to support purchase order and vendor onboarding workflows.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal contract requests, managing intake, resolving standard matters, and triaging or routing more complex inquiries to the appropriate Legal team member.

Flag new counterparties to the export control team for denied party screening as part of the contract intake process.

Track and report on contract volume, turnaround times, and pipeline status, and identify opportunities to improve contracting efficiency.

Assist with special projects and legal research as directed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, Paralegal Certificate (ABA-approved preferred), or equivalent combination of education and experience.

2+ years of experience in a contracts, legal, or procurement support role.

Experience working with routine commercial agreements, including NDAs and vendor/procurement contracts.

Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) concepts, including deadline tracking, expirations, renewals, and obligation monitoring. Experience with a CMS or CLM platform is a plus.

Familiarity with contract intake, triage, or workflow management systems.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a high volume of work and competing priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract/document management systems.

This is a full time, exempt position. The target base pay for this position is $80,000 - $125,000 annually. E-Space is building a next-generation LEO satellite constellation and the supply chain to support it. As Program Supply Chain Manager, you will own the end-to-end Supply Chain / Procurement execution function — from subcontract formation / piece part purchase through to delivery performance and cost control — while providing direct program support across our active spacecraft & terminal development efforts.

This is a hands-on, early-career role. You will own the full supply chain and procurement function: from raw material sourcing and supplier qualification through purchase order execution, material planning, logistics, and delivery of finished goods. There is no hand-off — this product line is yours.

What You Will Be Doing:

Supplier & Vendor Management

Identify, qualify, and onboard suppliers with Operations Lead for all raw materials, substrates, deposition materials, and bought-in components

Identify, qualify, and onboard suppliers with Technical Lead for all spare parts, and maintenance cycles / schedules

Establish and maintain the Approved Vendor List (AVL) for the product line

Manage (with operations lead) supplier performance, scorecards, and corrective action

Lead supplier audits and capability assessments

Procurement & Contracting

Own the RFQ/RFP process for all materials and services

Negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms

Issue and manage purchase orders through to delivery and close-out

Establish contract templates and quality flowdown requirements

Manage long-lead and critical material advance buy decisions

Material Planning & Inventory

Translate production schedules and forecasts into material requirements

Manage inventory levels, safety stock, and cycle counts

Own kitting and material staging with Production Lead to support ongoing production

Identify and mitigate schedule risk driven by material availability

Maintain spare parts inventory

Logistics & Compliance

Manage inbound freight, customs, and import compliance

What You Bring to This Role:

1–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations — manufacturing or hardware environment strongly preferred

Comfortable working directly with suppliers, on the production floor, and in ERP systems — this is a doing role, not a coordinating role

Strong attention to data integrity: BOMs, item masters, PO records, and supplier documentation

Experience with or exposure to export control requirements (ITAR/EAR, HTS/ECCN classification)

The Senior Technician will rely on superb ‘hands-on’ mechanical and electrical ability to diagnose and repair electro-mechanical components of thin film semiconductor equipment. He will be expected to assist with modification, installation and rebuild of critical components for vacuum equipment, including valves, actuators, motors, pumps, sensors and power supplies. Skillful use of power and hand tools is required, in addition to electrical test ability using volt-ohm-amp meters, ability to read schematics and understand technical documentation.

This individual will be one of a small team of “go-to experts” who become critical when ‘something stopped working right’, or when disassembly, modification and rebuild are required, followed by test before start-up. The Senior Technician will work closely with equipment and maintenance engineers, process engineers to allow complex equipment to perform reliably.

This position is based in Arlington, TX. In order to be successful in this role, you must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed. Occasional travel may be required as well.

Prepare, operate, and maintain co-evaporation or sputter equipment for thin-film deposition in roll-to-roll vacuum systems.

Overview

We are seeking a Configuration Management (CM) Engineer to own and enforce product configuration control across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain systems. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of class I vs class II changes, product lifecycle management (PLM), and ERP bill-of-material (BOM) integrity. This role ensures that as-designed, as-planned, and as-built configurations align at every stage of production.

Key Responsibilities

- Define, implement, and enforce configuration control rules, including Class I vs Class II change thresholds (engineering vs minor production impacts).

- Manage and maintain BOM integrity across ERP, PLM, and MES systems.

As a Senior 5G Software Test Engineer focused on the Physical Layer, you will lead the verification, validation, and performance testing of 5G NR PHY software for 3GPP Release 15/16/17 and beyond-5G systems. What you will do:

5G PHY Software Testing and Validation

The PLC Programmer/Controls and Power Systems Engineer is responsible for modifying, troubleshooting, and improving control systems on thin-film manufacturing equipment, with a strong focus on Siemens PLC–based systems.

This role supports both Original Equipment Manufacturer built production machines and a unique developed roll-to-roll (R2R) machine, working closely with equipment manufacturers, process engineers, and production teams to improve reliability, safety, throughput, closed loop system feedback and functionality.

What you'll be doing:

Modify, debug, and optimize PLC programs on existing production equipment, primarily Siemens-based systems, but not limited to Siemens.

Work directly with equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to implement fixes, upgrades, and functional improvements.

Support commissioning, re-commissioning, and acceptance of modified machines.

Improve machine reliability, uptime, and process stability through control system enhancements.

Develop and improve PLC logic for a unique R2R machine, with no OEM, including new features and performance improvements.

What you'll be doing:

Develop, optimize, and maintain chemical bath deposition processes for thin-film layer formation on flexible substrates.

Operate and own R2R chemical coating equipment, including solution delivery, heating, mixing, agitation, web movement, and drying systems.

Prepare chemical solutions, adjust concentrations, control reaction kinetics, and maintain precise bath chemistry to ensure consistent film growth.

Monitor real-time process variables (temperature, pH, flow, concentration, deposition rate, web tension, alignment) and define control limits.

Overview

In this role, you will own the test environment and test strategy for 3GPP-based wireless features, with a strong focus on PHY and protocol stack verification. You will develop automated test suites, analyze logs and pcap traces, and work closely with software, systems, and RF engineers to drive issues to closure and ensure high-reliability deployments for our space and ground products.

This position is based in our Arlington, TX office.

What you will do:

Set up and maintain the scripting and automation environment around wireless test setups (lab and HIL).

Derive, design, and implement test cases for 3GPP Stack and PHY-level features (LTE and preferably 5G NR).

Develop Python (and/or equivalent) scripts to automate test execution, log collection, and result analysis; contribute light C code where needed.

Perform software regression testing to validate new features, bug fixes, and releases.

Analyze test logs and pcap files to perform detailed failure analysis, identify root causes, and provide clear remediation recommendations.

Use wireless measurement and channel emulation equipment (e.g., Amarisoft, Viavi, Propsim, Spirent, Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz) to execute and debug test scenarios.

Track defects and issues using an issue-tracking system such as Jira, driving them through the full lifecycle with clear, reproducible descriptions.

Prepare and deliver concise test reports, maintain test repositories, and contribute to continuous improvement of test coverage and quality processes.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (SW, FW, RF, systems, product) to ensure testability is designed into new features from the outset.

What you bring to this role:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Communication Theory, Software Engineering/Development, or a related field.

5+ years of hands-on test engineering experience in wireless technology.

Documented experience testing 3GPP Stack and PHY systems, with strong expertise in LTE and preferably 5G NR.

Proficiency in Python scripting (or equivalent automation language), with familiarity in C.

Practical experience using wireless test and measurement tools such as Amarisoft, Viavi, Propsim, Spirent, Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz, or similar.

Experience with issue-tracking systems (e.g., Jira) and structured test processes.

Strong skills in analyzing logs and pcap captures, performing structured failure analysis, and clearly documenting findings.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-moving, cross-disciplinary environment.

Bonus points for the following:

Experience testing satellite, non-terrestrial networks (NTN), or other mission-critical wireless systems.

Background in test architecture for HIL systems or large-scale automated regression frameworks.

As a Senior Wireless Communication Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for modeling, simulating, and designing the physical layer modem for a LEO satellite constellation communication network. This role is critical for ensuring reliable and efficient data transmission in advanced satellite communication systems. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in system analysis, modem design, including time/frequency unite, FEC design, modulator, and demodulator in an advanced wireless communication system.

This position will report to the Sr. Director of Product and System Integration, Silicon and you will work closely with systems, software, hardware, and test teams that are responsible for delivering the communications payload. This position is based in our Arlington, TX office.

What you will do:

Modeling and Simulation

Develop and implement detailed mathematical models of physical layer communication systems for LEO satellite networks

Use simulation tools to evaluate and optimize the performance of communication systems under various conditions and scenarios

Analyze the impact of various physical layer impairments on system performance and suggest mitigation techniques

Design and Development

Design the architecture and algorithms for physical layer modems, including modulation, coding, synchronization, and channel estimation

Performance Analysis

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Thin Film Solar Sputter operator/technician to support the manufacturing of flexible thin film photovoltaic modules. This hands-on role focuses on operating, monitoring, and optimizing manufacturing and roll-to-roll (R2R) processing equipment used in the deposition and fabrication of thin-film solar layers. The ideal candidate has a strong background in web handling, process control, and thin-film sputter deposition in a cleanroom or high-tech manufacturing environment.

What you'll be doing:

Operate and maintain roll-to-roll vacuum deposition and sputter coating systems used for thin-film production.

Monitor process parameters and equipment performance to ensure optimal web tension, alignment, film uniformity, film thickness, and composition.

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on web-handling and deposition equipment.

Work with the team to optimize and develop new processes.

Support process development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts in collaboration with engineering and R&D teams.
