The Director of Public Relations, North America is responsible for building demand, cultural relevance, and sustained visibility for Cirque du Soleil across all North American markets.
This role exists to move PR from a reactive media relations function to a strategic demand amplifier—one that creates anticipation, cultural heat, and urgency around shows, while reinforcing Cirque du Soleil’s super‑premium brand positioning.
Based in Las Vegas, this role acts as the regional PR and reputation lead, ensuring consistent, high‑impact communications across resident and touring shows, while remaining tightly aligned with global brand strategy and corporate reputation standards.

Relevant directement du directeur technique, vous serez responsable de l’exploitation du département d’éclairage conformément aux paramètres établis, en collaboration avec les équipes de création, de production et les fournisseurs.
Reporting directly to the Technical Director, you will be responsible for operating the Lighting department according to prescribed parameters, working in collaboration with the creative and production teams and suppliers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
General
Manage and supervise all aspects of the technical department under their responsibility and its team;
Operate the equipment and systems under their responsibility during performances and rehearsals;
Manage the use, maintenance and repair of equipment in their department used during performances, rehearsals and training periods;
Always ensure the safety and security of the department's equipment;
Provide advice, recommendations and information on any security issues;
Ensure that their team complies with all Cirque du Soleil health and safety and rescue protocols;
Develop, implement and ensure compliance with a safety inspection program for the systems and equipment under their responsibility;
Inspect and maintain all systems equipment under their responsibility and keep records of inspections and modifications;
Maintain the integrity of the artistic concepts and the quality of the show.
Help the Technical Director in hiring the technical department team under the responsibility of Heads of Departments;

Project Management
Plan, manage and follow up assigned projects, and ensures that they meet artistic and technical needs, as well as established standards, deadlines and budgets;
Elaborate lists and layout of system equipment under their responsibility;
In collaboration with the Technical Director, keep equipment archives, stock lists, technical documentation and customs documents up to date;
Coordinate the concept and procurement of items under their responsibility;
In collaboration with Technical Director, establish budget estimations, coordinate budget forecasts and manage costs;
Manage the performance of suppliers related to the project;
Research and propose techniques, equipment, materials or new methods that can optimize the results of projects or solve problems;
Collect, draft and distribute final documentation and obtain final approval.

Reporting to the Business Partner Relationship Manager, this role supports multiple stages of the product development lifecycle, including purchasing, invoicing, SKU creation, market research, and vendor communication.
This position is responsible for creating, tracking, and managing purchase orders (POs) to ensure products are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with expectations—working closely with Product Development, Logistics, Finance, and Warehouse teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment that values precision, accountability, and proactive communication.
Roles and Responsibilities
Creates, issues, and maintains all merchandise purchase orders (POs) in alignment with product development timelines, vendor production schedules, and show requirements.
Tracks and updates PO statuses regularly, ensuring all key details, such as quantities, ship dates, costs, and approvals, are accurate and up to date.
Creates SKUs and POs for all new products and manage reorder POs as needed.
Monitors order progress and proactively address any delays, shortages, or discrepancies.
Acts as the primary liaison with the Logistics and Warehouse teams to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
Ensures all goods are shipped, received, and delivered according to PO requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
Manages the full payables process related to each PO, including down payment requests, invoice validation, and payment tracking.
Partners with the Planning team to monitor inventory levels and coordinate reorders to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Communicates regularly with vendors and internal stakeholders to confirm production progress, shipment timelines, and product quality expectations.

Traiter les données provenant des arpenteurs;
Préparer et produire des esquisses, des plans d’implantation, des modèles et des dessins d’ingénierie à partir de concepts préliminaires, de relevés topographiques, de plans de construction, d’esquisses, de calculs d’ingénierie, de devis, etc.;
Vérifier que la topographie des sites est conforme aux tolérances de nos spectacles en tournée;
Dessiner des surfaces de correction de la topographie (excavation ou remblai);
Remplir la documentation et produire les jeux de dessins;
Vérifier et valider les dessins afin qu’ils soient conformes aux cahiers des charges et aux données;
Fournir une assistance technique lors de la réalisation des travaux sur les chantiers afin d’assurer le respect des plans et devis;
Diplôme collégial ou AEC en dessin spécialisé en génie civil (un atout);
Excellente maîtrise du logiciel AutoCAD Civil 3D;
Grande aisance en français et en anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit;
Connaissance de base des instruments d’arpentage et des données qui en sont extraites (un atout).
Collaborate closely with stakeholders (construction, site analysis, touring) on all research and analyses related to the construction, setup of mobile infrastructures for touring;
Process data provided by surveyors;
Prepare and produce sketches, layout plans, models, and engineering drawings based on preliminary concepts, topographic surveys, construction plans, sketches, engineering calculations, specifications, etc.;
Verify that site topography meets the tolerances required for our touring shows;
Design topography correction surfaces (excavation or fill);
Complete documentation and produce drawing packages;

Familiarity with networked audio protocols (Dante, MADI, AES50) and RF/wireless microphone and in-ear monitor systems

We are seeking a highly motivated Head of Department (HOD), Carpentry & Props to lead the Carpentry & Props team on our touring show. Reporting to the Technical Director and working closely with the Artistic Director, this role is responsible for the construction, installation, operation, and maintenance of scenic elements, stage, props, and acrobatic equipment in a safe and consistent manner.

Blue Man Group Orlando is looking for an on-call Stage Manager.
Under the direction of the Production Stage Manager, the Stage Manager is responsible for maintaining general production standards, procedures, and practices within the local production. The Stage Manager must be able to communicate with multiple production departments and management and be able to deliver information productively to performers and crew alike. Superior people management, organization, and communication skills are vital for this position.
Duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Ensure that Blue Man Group values and artistic vision are understood and supported across the organization;
Assist the Stage Management department in ensuring that each performance runs in accordance with Blue Man Group standards;
Maintain consistent calling standards of the show and assist to ensure safe running of all activities backstage, onstage, and within the theater;
Collaborate with the Head of Automation & Carpentry during performances. Lead the pre-show preparation and sound check process, including balancing performer creative exploration and a focused process, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and on-time. Problem solve and trouble shoot as necessary;
Maintain open communication with Front of House staff and/or Theater Management during preshow, throughout performances, and post-show;
Assist with the execution of rehearsals, new performer training, workshops, cross training, gig rehearsals, etc. as required;
Assist Stage Management department in the coordination of Artistic direction visits and direction calls as necessary;
Foster a healthy environment and direct communication between the Stage Management department, General Manager, Production Manager, Heads of Departments, Theatre Operations Manager, Crew, Blue Men, and Band;
Adhere to safety rules and regulations for locality. Participate in maintaining Blue Man Group’s health and safety culture with employees;
Manage and organize performers and crew as needed;
Participate in load-in, rehearsals, performances, gigs, and load-out as necessary;
Support company policies, procedures, and practices;
Perform general administrative duties including reporting, paperwork, meeting minutes, etc.;
Participate in gigs as requested by local management;
All other work-related duties as assigned.

Blue Man Group Orlando is looking for on-call Musical Instrument Technicians.
The Musical Instrument Technicians are responsible for ensuring that all drums, percussion, and strings-related items are tuned and maintained to Blue Man specifications and artistic aesthetic. This position requires a strong background and knowledge of percussive instruments, strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other departments, management, and performers.
Duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Execute all preset duties, show cues, turnover, and post-show duties as outlined on the run sheets in a safe, professional, efficient and timely fashion;
Participate in sound check when requested;
Incorporate new cues when necessary to accommodate changes to the show;
Maintain open communication with MIT Lead, Production Manager, and Stage Management about each performance through written and verbal notes;
Ensure follow-up of all MIT technical notes that are documented in the Performance Report and communicate follow-up to the MIT Lead in a timely manner;
Accommodate trailing of position when requested;
Ensure that all string and percussion instruments, amplifiers, effects, etc., are tuned and maintained prior to each scheduled show in accordance with the sound and artistic aesthetic set in place by Artistic Direction;
Troubleshoot and repair issues regarding pedals, mid-switchers, amplifiers, associated cabling, interconnections, and all applicable gear under real time show conditions;
Maintain knowledge and training to run, repair, and/or identify problems with all technical elements of the show under the MIT’s field and within the MIT department;
Participate in work calls as scheduled;
Execute general repair, construction, maintenance, and/or restocking of supplies and equipment;
Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise;
Must be willing and available to run more shows during the holiday schedule than usual;
Research and develop on an as needs basis;
Administrative organization on an as needs basis;
Assist in maintaining inventory;
Attend meetings as required by management;
Support systems for the maintenance, cleaning, and organization of workspaces;
Adhere to safety rules and regulations for locality and department;
Support gigs, trainings, rehearsals, and marketing events;
Participate in load-in and load-out and lend assistance to other departments as needed;
All other work-related duties as assigned.
