As the Recruitment Operations Specialist, you are a vital part of the Blackstone Team. In this role, you will report to the Recruitment Operations Manager and manage logistical details related to recruitment through the summer program activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute logistical coordination for Blackstone recruitment events across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats, supporting a high-volume national recruitment cycle.

• Prepare and post journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end close processes.

In this role, you are responsible for undertaking the most advanced and complex litigation handled by ADF, carrying the brunt of the day-to-day litigation, and training more junior attorneys to litigate within areas of particular interest to ADF. Supervise senior, midlevel, and junior attorneys in complex civil litigation with emphasis on First Amendment law and 42 U.S.C. § 1983 civil rights actions.

• Litigate complex cases at appellate and trial levels

Legal Counsel is an experienced attorney capable of undertaking complex litigation and appellate advocacy without substantial oversight by senior attorneys. Legal Counsel trains junior attorneys in basic civil litigation with emphasis on First Amendment law and 42 U.S.C. § 1983 civil rights actions; also litigates civil actions up to including trial and appeals, drafts legal documents, advises clients as to legal rights, and practices other phases of law by performing the following duties. • Plan, schedule, and publish social media content across CMA platforms; stay informed on industry trends, conduct competitive research, and monitor analytics to guide strategy.
• Customize Canva design templates, including PowerPoints, advertisements, and additional sales resources, and coordinate print orders with vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, on-brand conference and partner materials.

• Process invoices and internal payment requests to vendors, reviewing invoices for accurate coding, completeness, and proper authorization, while researching and resolving any discrepancies.
• Process payments, including checks and electronic fund transfers.
• Properly set up vendors and maintain vendor records within the Accounts Payable System
• Prepare general ledger entries and assist in the month-end close process.
• Respond to inquiries related to Accounts Payable, providing excellent customer service to team members and stakeholders.
