Team Overview
The Member Services Administrative Coordinator is a customer service-driven role responsible for providing administrative support and proactive outreach regarding membership renewals and account updates. This position plays a key role in ensuring positive member experience by providing timely follow-up, maintaining organized recordkeeping, and responding promptly.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a backup point of contact for member inquiries, providing clear and accurate information regarding membership benefits, status, and processes.
Conduct outbound calls to members regarding renewals, account updates, and follow-ups to support retention and engagement.
Track upcoming membership renewals and assist with renewal and payment processing when applicable.
Maintain accurate member records through high-volume data entry, auditing records for completeness, and updating information in CRM or membership databases.
Document member communications and conduct research to verify and update member information.
Generate renewal and activity reports, provide administrative support to the CMA department, and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members.
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of administrative, customer service, or office experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
Experience working with CRM or membership databases.
Experience in a non-profit, association, or member-based organization.

Team Overview
As the Marketing Communications Specialist, you are a vital part of the Church & Ministry Alliance (CMA) team. This position supports CMA by executing email and social media campaigns, customizing marketing materials, and maintaining both public and members-only website content. The role manages the CMA online community, monitors engagement across platforms, and provides weekly communication updates to the team. This position also collaborates with ADF Communications and assists with writing content for CMA audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Build and deploy email campaigns in Active Campaign for CMA members and prospects; develop and manage automated email journeys, track performance metrics, and optimize for increased engagement.
Plan, schedule, and publish social media content across CMA platforms; stay informed on industry trends, conduct competitive research, and monitor analytics to guide strategy.
Customize Canva design templates, including PowerPoints, advertisements, and additional sales resources, and coordinate print orders with vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, on-brand conference and partner materials.
Maintain and update both public-facing and members-only website content; publish new blog posts, refresh resource pages, and ensure statistics, case references, and other key information remain current and accurate.
Oversee and support the members-only Glue Up community by creating groups, developing discussion topics, monitoring activity, moderating content, and responding to member inquiries—or routing them to the appropriate team member.
Keep the CMA team informed by distributing a weekly communication summary featuring key updates and shareable content for use with prospects and existing relationships.
Partner with the ADF communications team to align and amplify relevant messaging to CMA audiences.
Provide occasional writing support by drafting content such as emails, blog posts, member spotlights, and other materials tailored to CMA communications needs.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital engagement roles
Experience with email marketing, social media management, and digital marketing strategies
Experience using marketing tools and platforms such as Active Campaign, Canva, Glue Up, or comparable systems.
