*Starting annual salary of $100,000 for New Grads, up to $140,000 annual salary depending on experience!
*This is a full-time position providing service in the East Valley (including Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek).

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide therapy services per physician’s orders
- Assess functional status and recommend adaptive equipment
- Teach new skills or retrain patients in daily activities
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in case conferences
Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the State of Arizona
- Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OT program, eligible for NBCOT certification
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
