Objective of the position:
Responsible for leading and coordinating all material management activities, including inventory control, warehousing, material planning, and production support, to ensure uninterrupted material flow and customer satisfaction. The position is accountable for maintaining optimal inventory levels, preventing production disruptions, improving operational efficiency, and developing a high-performing team while supporting the plant's safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

Main Functions:
- Supervise daily material management operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and material distribution to production lines.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials, components, and purchased parts to support uninterrupted production schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement actions to maintain optimal inventory performance while avoiding shortages and excess stock.
- Lead Warehouse Personnel, and Inventory Control staff to achieve departmental objectives.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Inventory Accuracy, Inventory Turns, Days on Hand (DOH), Premium Freight, and Line Down Incidents.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives related to material flow, warehouse operations, inventory optimization, and process efficiency.
- Lead escalation and recovery activities for critical material shortages to prevent production interruptions and customer delivery impacts.
