Meet the team here!As an Account Manager for Hungary, you will manage and grow our existing customer base in one of our most dynamic markets. You’ll work closely with construction professionals, consultants, and decision-makers, acting as a trusted partner who truly understands how construction projects run – from the construction site to the boardroom.
You’ll nurture long-term relationships with clients, understand their evolving needs, and ensure they get maximum value from our software solutions. From onboarding support and regular check-ins to renewals and expansion opportunities, you’ll own the entire customer lifecycle. Working hand-in-hand with internal teams, you’ll ensure a seamless customer experience while developing a deep understanding of both our product and the Hungarian construction market.

We are seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to join our team. Working at NT Concepts means operating at the forefront of National Security, where advanced capabilities in AI, autonomy, and mission systems are translated into real-world outcomes.
This is not a traditional proposal coordination role. We are looking for a proposal leader who drives outcomes, brings structure to ambiguity, and turns complex technical capability into clear, compelling proposals.
You will work directly with business development, capture, and technical leadership to shape and deliver submissions that position NTC to win in high-priority mission areas across the Defense and Intelligence Community.
If you have led winning proposals in fast-moving, R&D-driven environments and prefer building strong submissions over managing processes, this role is designed for you.
Mission Focus: Lead the development of proposals supporting adversarial AI, mission autonomy, and decision advantage, with a focus on SBIR, OTA, and advanced R&D programs across the Defense and Intelligence Community.
Clearance: Active Secret clearance. Top Secret or above preferred.
Location/Flexibility: Hybrid preferred (DC Metro Area). Remote flexibility supported outside of active proposal cycles; increased collaboration expected during live submissions.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth and build the strategic relationships that underpin our mission. You will own both the top and bottom of the funnel by identifying and qualifying new opportunities, and the sales lifecycle, from the first conversation through contract to long-term management. This is a high-impact, individual-contributor role that sits at the intersection of sales, strategy, and innovation. Comfortable with outbound (calls, emails, social selling) and the know how to research, qualify, and build a sales pipeline with discipline

Fluent in English as this is the company language
Fluent in either French AND/OR Italian (mandatory) and ideally Spanish too
Experience leading contract negotiations and managing ongoing partner relationships
