Bay Beach Veterinary Emergency Hospital in Virginia Beach, Virginia is seeking a full-time or part-time Emergency Veterinarian to join our dynamic, multi-doctor team. Whether you’re a new graduate seeking mentorship or an experienced ER doctor, we welcome you to grow with us.

Companion Animal Clinic offers a variety of equipment and capabilities including a surgical suite, dental suite along with a dental x-ray, digital radiography, and ultrasound. About the hospital: Veterinary Emergency Services (VES) is an urgent care/emergency-only small animal practice in Verona, Virginia and the only after hours care provider in the Shenandoah Valley. The practice was founded in 1998 with the goal of providing high quality care for critically ill or injured pets when other practices are closed. The practice is on a growth trajectory and is ready to welcome new and experienced veterinarians looking to use their emergency and surgical skills or to grow them.
As an Urgent Care/ER-only practice, VES is open 6 pm to 8 am Monday through Thursday and 24 hours on weekends and holidays. The practice is fully equipped with a variety of equipment for surgical and non-surgical needs. Veterinarians are supported by one LVT and assistant to ensure each case receives complete attention and care. The LVT staff have been with the practice for five years or more.

Job Description:
Woodlake Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time veterinary assistant to join our AAHA accredited hospital. Join our team in providing exceptional client service and veterinary health care for pets and their families! The best candidates will be a team player, possess a positive attitude, and be able to integrate to the culture of our team.
The practice is open from 7:30 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday

Its team of veterinarians has a wealth of experience, one of whom — along with the practice manager — has been working there since it first opened. To date, many of its clientele have been bringing their pets to Lake Forest just as long for all of their veterinary needs. Lake Forest Animal Hospital has gained a reputation for its excellent care, recently earning the Lynchburg Living Bronze award for their level of dedication.
Externs looking for a strong, established team to join will benefit from the practice’s broad portfolio of capabilities, its advanced equipment, and its reputation for compassionate care. Its veterinarian team is supported by a technician or assistant, and any major procedures will see doctors supported by two or three support staff. The practice also has two full-time groomers as well as a separate boarding facility with its own staff. Its dental suite is a recent addition to the facility, providing a great opportunity for doctors to build their skills in that area. In addition to the dental suite, the team uses ultrasound often to elevate the diagnostic evaluation of patients, which leads to better patient outcomes.

Base salary for experienced veterinarians: $140–175K (based on skillset, experience, and schedule)

Dublin Animal Hospital offers preventive care services as well surgical procedures (C-section, cherry eye surgery, and more). Veterinarians are supported by one technician or assistant per doctor. Digital x-ray, ultrasound, and EKG equipment are available for use as needed, and the practice continues to upgrade its assets to expand its portfolio of capabilities. Boarding is also available for medical or vacation purposes.
