Job Summary:

As Veo’s Operations Manager, you'll have the opportunity to help lead our innovative dockless micromobility program. You'll play a vital role in the program’s success by ensuring efficient daily warehouse and field operations, as well as strengthening local partnerships. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive daily ridership, lead a high performing team, and provide users with exceptional customer service.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $63,000 - $75,000 + Quarterly Performance Bonus + Annual Performance Bonus + Full Range of Benefits. Veo is a total compensation company, and pay is determined by geographic cost of labor and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training - so not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Our total compensation package for this role, including salary, bonus potential, ranges from $63,000 to $82,000 per year. While this is our expected range, bonuses for this role are designed to have unlimited upside potential, so additional earning opportunities may be available.

Compensation
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes benefits, signing bonus, and equity. Pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including scope and qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Coast employees. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Coast to fall healthily within the range based on these factors.

As the Senior Mechanical Engineering Manager, you will lead the hardware evolution of LVT’s products into new form factors and market segments. Product Marketing at Coast connects our customers, our product, and our growth strategy. We partner deeply with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and the rest of Marketing to position and launch products and drive adoption, expansion, and retention across the customer lifecycle.
About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing for all of Coast’s new products. This starts with our spend management solution that is purpose built for fleet businesses. Your goal: take this product from the meaningful driver of Coast’s growth that it is today into an outsized part of our business.
After this product, there will be many more coming this year to launch and grow.
This role is for a full-stack PMM who wants to build from the ground up. You’ll become the subject matter expert on the customer, the market, and the product. You’ll define how we talk about spend management, how we package and sell it, and how we drive adoption and expansion across our base.
You will operate with high ownership in an environment where you will write the playbook in real time.

We’re looking for a Manager, Customer Service & Operations to lead and grow one of the most customer-critical teams at Coast. You’ll own the day-to-day operations of our Customer Service function and partner closely on Customer Operations ensuring our customers get fast, high-quality support while we build the systems and team needed to scale.
This is a role for someone who can lead people and build process at the same time be a true player-coach who isn’t above jumping into tickets, but who also knows how to develop talent, set standards, and build a team that runs well without them in every decision.

What You’ll Be Doing at Piston Technologies:
