Position Summary:
Redwood Materials is currently searching for a Project Engineer to join as an early member of a new engineering team working on our Battery Energy Storage System product line. You will own the full project lifecycle - from commercial scoping and BD handoff through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and structured handoff to Operations and Maintenance - for a growing portfolio of utility-scale and behind-the-meter storage projects.
You are the connective tissue between Business Development, Product Engineering, EPC partners, and customers. You drive schedule, manage risk, and ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to spec.
The ideal candidate is highly self-driven, adaptable to a startup environment, and comfortable operating where processes are still being built. This role will require frequent travel to Bentonville, AR to meet with partners and stakeholders in the area.

We are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to join our growing Finance team. In this role, you will partner closely with the Director of Corporate Finance and VP of Finance across consolidations, opex, balance sheet and cash flow forecasting, internal business reviews, board reporting, and ad hoc analyses.
You will contribute to financial reporting delivered to executive leadership and other stakeholders, including our board and investors. What the Role Is
As a Senior Product Analyst on the Growth & LTV team, you’ll own the analytics that help Babylist understand and grow its long-term relationship with families. Your core focus is Account Foundations—the identity and navigation layer that connects registrants, gift givers, and partners across the product—and program analytics for newer businesses like Money, Health, and Education. This is where product analytics meets business performance: you’ll connect how people use Babylist to how we create lasting value over time.
Day to day, this is a mix of deep analytical work and high-leverage partnership. You’ll define how we measure success, build KPI frameworks from scratch, audit and shape our event tracking, and run experiments that inform product direction. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional leads, often being the person who brings clarity when the data is messy or incomplete. Some weeks that looks like designing an experiment; others it’s untangling identity across surfaces or connecting product behavior to revenue and cost drivers.
This is a high-autonomy role in a space that isn’t neatly defined. You’ll be working across multiple surfaces and newer business lines where the “right” answer isn’t obvious and the data isn’t always clean. If you’ve mostly operated in tightly scoped analytics roles with mature dashboards and clearly defined metrics, this will feel uncomfortable. If you prefer clean handoffs over pushing into ambiguous, cross-functional problems, this likely isn’t the right fit.

What the Role Is
As VP, Talent Strategy & Employer Brand, you own how Babylist hires, end to end, and how we show up to the talent market. This role sits at the center of how we build the company. You’re responsible for delivering against current hiring needs while evolving how we operate across process, tooling, evaluation, and employer brand to support where Babylist is going.
You’ll operate as a core member of the People leadership team, partnering closely with the SVP, People and senior leaders to shape hiring plans, challenge assumptions, and drive better outcomes. This is both strategic and hands-on work. You’ll step into critical or complex searches, guide leaders through high-stakes hiring decisions, and set the standard for how we assess talent across the company. The Director, Payer Strategy will set the holistic payer strategy for Babylist Health and own the relationships, partnerships, and market intelligence that determine how the company grows its insurance footprint over the next several years. This is not a contracting execution role — it is a senior strategic leadership position responsible for setting the direction, sequencing, and structure of Babylist Health's payer development across both commercial and government (Medicaid) channels.
This person will be the most senior payer leader at Babylist Health, partnering directly with the GM and Finance to model the business case for expansion, represent the company externally at the C-suite level with payer partners, and identify creative growth pathways — including acquisitions, third-party DME partnerships, and trade association strategy — that are beyond the scope of contract execution alone.
The person in this role will manage a team of 3 including the Head of Medicaid Market Development, the commercial payer lead, and a payer operations specialist. They will lead setting the strategy they execute against and serving as the senior escalation point for complex negotiations, regulatory challenges, and payer relationship management.

What the Role Is
We are seeking a proven transportation executive to lead and evolve Babylist’s global transportation network across international logistics, domestic transportation, and parcel operations. This leader will own the strategy, performance, and structure of our inbound and outbound transportation network—supporting 20%+ annual growth and a multi-year doubling of volume.
As Director of Transportation and Logistics, you will define how goods move into, within, and out of our network—balancing service, cost, and scalability. You’ll oversee carrier strategy, network design, and execution across parcel, LTL/FTL, and international freight, while building the capabilities, systems, and processes needed for the next phase of Babylist’s growth. Today, key elements of the network—like cost visibility, planning integration, and system connectivity—are still evolving. You’ll be responsible for turning those into durable, scalable foundations.
This role is for a builder, not an optimizer. If your experience has been primarily optimizing within established networks, executing strategy set by others, or operating inside large, layered organizations where Finance and Procurement drive the financial conversation, this will be a stretch. We're hiring a Director who has built transportation strategy from the inside out and can advocate for the function at the executive table.

What the Role Is
As a Manager, Supply Chain Transformation, you’ll own the work of making sure Babylist’s fulfillment network scales ahead of the business. Sitting within the Supply Chain organization, this role is responsible for identifying where operations break under growth and rebuilding those systems so they hold at higher volume. You’ll start with our Columbus fulfillment center and expand your scope as we add new nodes, shaping how the network performs as it grows.
The day-to-day is a mix of floor-level diagnosis and cross-functional program ownership. Some weeks you’re on-site in Columbus, walking the floor to understand where picks stall, labor misallocates, or inventory flow breaks down. Other weeks you’re leading the work to redesign those processes—partnering with product and engineering to define system requirements and ensure changes land in a way that sticks. You’ll split your time between hands-on operational work and driving execution across teams, with about 50% travel to current and future sites.
This is not a pure strategy or coordination role. If you prefer to operate at a distance from execution or rely on others to surface problems, this will feel uncomfortable. If 50% travel to the Midwest isn’t sustainable, this role won’t work. If you’re looking for a clearly defined roadmap or a narrower scope, this will be a stretch. You’re expected to define priorities and build the path forward.

You’ll work closely with teams across the business to deliver fast, thoughtful solutions and make sure clients feel supported every step of the way. Along the way, you’ll get hands-on exposure to how leading global organizations manage treasury and financial risk.
