This position is on a team building the software platform that powers optimized control and market participation of battery energy storage systems (BESS) — software that runs both on site controllers and in the cloud. Responsibilities will include:

• Contribute to BESS data engineering — building and maintaining telemetry pipelines and stores, and feature ingestion and storage systems for forecasting and optimization

Infrastructure Software Engineer, Energy Storage 

The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the foundational platform infrastructure that enables our engineering team to develop and deploy Battery Energy Storage Systems reliably and at scale. This role serves as a force-multiplier across the organization, owning edge fleet management, server provisioning, and deployment automation while ensuring systems are secure, scalable, and performant. THE ROLE

As an Applied Research Engineer at Snorkel AI, you will own the infrastructure that powers our model training and evaluation work. This is a hands-on role where you will build and operate GPU cluster infrastructure, training pipelines, and the tooling that allows our research and engineering teams to run experiments reliably and at scale. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up and manage GPU cluster infrastructure on major cloud providers (e.g., AWS HyperPod) for distributed model training, including networking, provisioning, and cost tracking.
• Build and operate job orchestration and scheduling systems (e.g., Kubernetes, Slurm, or cloud-native equivalents) to reliably launch and manage training, rollout, and evaluation jobs across multi-node clusters.

We are looking for a Product Operations Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa, CA. The Product Operations Engineer will help operate, maintain, and update a classified networking capability that provides operational Space Domain Awareness data for the United States Space Force. Anduril employs networking infrastructure to support global operations of customer sites. You'll be collaborating with other Product Operations team members, Mission Operations Engineer, Software Engineer, and TPMs to directly support end-users of an operational system.

The Product Operations Team will be the first point of contact with end-users at various locations worldwide. If you are a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in networking, protocols, and system architecture to build and maintain sophisticated simulation environments that enable users to experiment with network operations and security testing in controlled settings. This role focuses on designing, developing, and operating realistic virtual machine environments that accurately emulate systems, networks, and behaviors.

As a specialist in simulation and emulation, you will architect complex network topologies, and build representative system configurations. Your work will require both software engineering excellence and deep technical knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, and the behavioral characteristics of various platforms.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Software Development:

• Write robust code to build simulation frameworks, orchestration tools, and custom system components
• Develop software that controls VM lifecycle management, network configuration, traffic generation, and state management
• Build instrumentation and logging capabilities to capture system and network behavior during exercises
• Create APIs and interfaces that enable users to configure, launch, and interact with simulation environments
• Experience with distributed systems

Simulation Architecture:

• Design and build virtual machine environments that accurately simulate systems for security experimentation, including accurate network stacks, system configurations, and behavioral characteristics
• Create realistic network topologies using virtualization and network emulation technologies to replicate operational environments
• Develop modular, reusable VM templates and network configurations that can be rapidly deployed and customized for different training scenarios
• Implement monitoring and observability solutions to track simulation health and user activity

Networking & Protocol Implementation:

• Implement and configure complex network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, RDP, SMB, etc.) within simulated environments
• Design network segmentation, routing, and firewall configurations that replicate enterprise networks
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure proper packet flow within virtualized network environments
• Build traffic generation and network behavior emulation to create realistic network activity patterns

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong engineering background from industry or school, ideally in areas/fields such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
• Experience with C/C++, Go, and other common Object-Oriented languages – C/C++ strongly preferred.
• Deep networking knowledge including TCP/IP fundamentals, routing, switching, network protocols (DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSH, etc.), and packet analysis
• Hands-on experience with Linux system administration, including kernel configuration, service management, user permissions, and system hardening

We are looking for a Senior Product Operations Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa, CA. The Senior Product Operations Engineer will help operate, maintain, and update a classified networking capability that provides operational Space Domain Awareness data for the United States Space Force. Anduril employs networking infrastructure to support global operations of customer sites. You'll be collaborating with other Product Operations team members, Mission Operations Engineer, Software Engineer, and TPMs to directly support end-users of an operational system.

The Product Operations Team will be the first point of contact with end-users at various locations worldwide. You'll also be responsible for providing clear and concise documentation to assist with training remote non-network technical staff for routine tasks such as device configuration, basic troubleshooting, and workflow optimization. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Become a part of a growing team of Product Engineers supporting a new operational system provided to a DoD customer, helping collaboratively shape the future!
• Develop, design, and establish processes, workflow automations, and tooling capabilities to support end-users of a globally distributed system from a secure Anduril-owned facility
• Serve as a systems administration SME, especially with Linux systems and configurations
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness of newly deployed locations or features and provide persistent monitoring of the existing capability baseline

As a Software Systems Test Engineer for our Space team, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and deploying the cutting-edge software and infrastructure that verifies the functionality and performance of our integrated space systems and flight hardware. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will re-imagine the infrastructure pipeline required to convert a nascent rollout process into a hardened test and release pipeline. Tech Stack

ngrok runs entirely on AWS. Engineers develop by using remote development tools and/or ssh to connect to remote EC2 environments that run a full Kubernetes cluster of the ngrok stack, closely mirroring production. The codebase is primarily Go and TypeScript. We use Postgres for persistence, Kafka for streaming, Protobuf for service boundaries, and Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, and Buildkite to operate and ship reliably. React is used for user interfaces, and GitHub supports our development workflows and remembers everything.

Location

This is a remote position for candidates outside of the Bay Area and a hybrid role for candidates within commuting distance to San Francisco. Our Bay Area employees commute to the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Required

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled DevOps / Cloud Engineer to join the team responsible for managing core network platform - OSS. In this role, you will design, deploy, and operate cloud and hybrid infrastructure, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, and take ownership of running third-party vendor software in our environment. You will bridge the gap between infrastructure and application operations, ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, highly available, and cost-efficient. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
• Deploy, operate, and maintain cloud environments across multi-account and multi-region AWS architectures

Qualifications 

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.

Experience:

A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or site reliability engineering roles.

• Public Cloud Expertise (AWS, Azure or GCP): Proven hands-on experience with public cloud services including compute, networking, databases, K8s, IAM, monitoring
• Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency in Terraform or AWS CDK for building and managing infrastructure at scale
• CI/CD: Demonstrated experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD)

What We’re Looking For

Lightning AI is seeking an Observability Infrastructure Engineer to join our Infrastructure Engineering team.

In this role, you will own and evolve observability systems across large-scale, GPU-enabled bare-metal infrastructure. You’ll operate at the intersection of infrastructure, data, and product, building platforms for metrics, logs, traces, and alerting that power both internal operations and customer-facing visibility.

You will play a key role in productizing observability, enabling scalable, multi-tenant monitoring experiences while keeping pace with rapid infrastructure buildouts. This includes designing telemetry pipelines, improving signal quality, and delivering actionable insights that ensure reliability and transparency across our platform.

• Own and evolve a scalable observability platform spanning metrics, logs, traces, and events
