The compensation for the Clinical Inventory Specialist can range from $13.00 - $18.00 per hour. The Inventory Specialist is responsible for both traditional medical/surgical supplies management and 2-Bin Kanban project supply chain systems. This role is responsible for the accurate and efficient counting, stocking, and auditing of consumable medical/surgical supplies, pharmaceuticals, surgical implants, instruments, and other hospital assets. This role may also be responsible for installing and maintaining 2-Bin Kanban project supply chain lines, including assembling and adjusting inventory storage racks. This is a temporary position that will require extensive travel.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Accurately capture inventory count data in the HITS program, utilizing Excel or paper count sheets as instructed by the Team Leader or other Inventory Management.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the HotStats product strategy end-to-end — translating company goals into investment themes, long-term roadmaps, and prioritized delivery plans tied to measurable business outcomes.
• Build the product management operating model from scratch, including governance structures, planning rhythms, prioritization frameworks, and quality standards.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success — making opinionated calls on what to build, simplify, or retire.
• Represent Product in executive and customer forums, influencing company-level prioritization and championing the HotStats portfolio at the leadership level.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of product managers, setting clear expectations for craft excellence and accountability.
• Keep HotStats sharp and differentiated — continuously benchmarking the portfolio against market, competitive, and customer signals to ensure strong positioning within Duetto's platform.

What We're Looking For

You may be a good fit if you have the following:

• 9+ years in B2B SaaS product management, with clear progression in scope and ownership
• 5+ years leading product managers or product leaders, with accountability for team performance and development
• Proven portfolio-level product strategy experience — roadmap design, stakeholder alignment, and delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Executive-level communication and influence skills, including experience representing product at the leadership level and navigating competing priorities

As a Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding Cloudbeds' presence. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospects, and showcasing how Cloudbeds’ industry-leading SaaS solutions are transforming the hospitality space. This is a hunting role focused on acquiring new clients.
