About the Role 

Reporting to the Senior Director of Partner Relations, the Senior Manager of Partner Relations for DMC will play a key role in building and growing partnerships with Destination Management Company (DMC) partners in key markets across the globe. This role is primarily focused on DMC competitiveness analysis, and ensuring favorable commercial terms and long term relationships with DMCs. In addition, this role will lead the evaluation and procurement of the right connectivity solutions between DMCs and Range Group. The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with DMC partners and Connectivity Partners to secure optimal pricing and inventory, while working with internal stakeholders to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and enhance product value. This role is critical in shaping commercial outcomes and maximizing value from our activities offerings.  

 
Key Responsibilities 

• Support and/or lead DMC contract negotiations, ensuring competitive availability and rates and favorable commercial terms aligned with Range Group’s overall buying strategy.

Qualifications 

• Experience: 3-5 years in procurement, revenue management, partner relations, or a similar commercial role within the travel, hospitality, or tourism industry, and connectivity. 
• Negotiation Expertise: Proven ability to negotiate rates, contracts, or commercial agreements that deliver measurable value. Advanced negotiation skills – able to deliver results while maintaining partner engagement.  
• Analytical Skills: Strong capability to interpret data, reporting, and competitive benchmarking to inform negotiation strategies and decision-making.

• Enable drill-down across company, business unit, and operational drivers 

Semantic Modeling & BI Development 

• Design and optimize Power BI semantic models
• Standardize KPI definitions and calculations
• Improve dataset performance and maintainability
• Consolidate and simplify existing BI models where appropriate 

Fabric Migration & Curated Layer Development 

• Lead migration of existing BI datasets from SQL Server / Power BI Desktop to Microsoft Fabric
• Develop curated semantic models and KPI logic on top of the Lakehouse architecture
• Design business-ready views and metrics within the curated layer to support reporting and analytics
• Implement Dataflows, governed datasets, and scalable Power BI semantic models
• Collaborate closely with the Data Engineering team, leveraging Bronze / Silver layers to build trusted business metrics in the curated layer
• Ensure the Fabric environment supports scalable reporting, self-service analytics, and future AI capabilities 

Analytics Platform Development 

• Help establish best practices for BI development and data governance
• Contribute to a scalable analytics environment supporting executive reporting, operational dashboards, and advanced analytics
• Ensure datasets are documented, reusable, and optimized for performance 

Required Skills & Experience 

• Strong Power BI development experience (data modeling, DAX, performance optimization)
• Advanced SQL development skills
• Experience building executive KPI dashboards
• Strong experience designing Power BI semantic models, not just building report visuals
• Experience implementing forecasting or time intelligence models
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric or Azure data platforms
• Experience working with Lakehouse architectures and semantic modeling
• Ability to translate data & metrics into scalable BI datasets

The expected base compensation range for this position is: $100,000 to $125,000

Job Description

We are looking for a sales-driven Account Executive of Sales (dedicated region - FLORIDA). Reporting to the Director, Agency Operations, the Account Executive is responsible for contributing to the growth of Kensington Tours Agency channel in the US & Canada through the proactive account management of travel agent locations that sit below the threshold for management by the field sales team. This role also provides essential administrative support to the field team.

Key Accountabilities

• Achieve personal Sales / Revenue and other Business KPI’s by executing pro-active sales strategies for assigned accounts and territories
• Actively manage the accounts that fall below the threshold of the field sales portfolio with the objective of increasing sales revenue (note: Agencies that move above the threshold will be assigned to a Director of Sales)
• Build and preserve effective relationships with new and existing travel agencies inclusive of maintaining an optimal level of agent related activities/week (emails, calls, follow-up calls, Agent sign ups, webinars)
• Provide superior levels of customer service and sales support to all agencies within the territory
• Resolve any agent concerns or complaints through immediate communications with appropriate parties
• Maintain agency prospect lists/contact database in order to identify opportunities; Proactively and consistently seek opportunities to promote and sell products
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all Kensington Tours product and services
• Host product/system training webinars with agency and consortia partners when required
• Will be required to assist in representing Kensington Tours at trade shows and preferred agency network events, presenting the Company’s products and services
• Other projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ travel industry phone sales experience ideally in a B2B capacity
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic with an innate sales drive with a proven ability to develop new business and increase sales
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and an ability to communicate in a polished and professional manner
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to attend and participate in trade events & conferences when required
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent customer service/relationship building skills
• Proven time management skills with an ability to set and meet personal timelines and deliverables
• Able to work in a fast paced, changing, entrepreneurial environment and meet time sensitive deadlines
• Worldly and well-traveled with nuanced understanding of the expectations of the luxury traveler an asset

Key Accountabilities

• Identify and develop sales from top leisure agencies within your territory
• Setting appointments and calling on key accounts to engage owners/managers and their agent teams in a professional and compelling manner
• Represent Kensington Tours at trade shows and preferred agency network events, presenting our products and services and vigorously following up to ensure traction
• Provide superior levels of customer service and sales support to all agencies within the territory
• Analyze and manage key agencies' sales data to creatively initiate improvement
• Achieving sales revenue targets within budget
