Role Summary
We are currently looking for a VP, Travel Product & Commercial Strategy to lead the Kensington Product function at a critical point of transformation — evolving from a traditional, manually-driven product model to a scaled, technology-enabled product engine that directly drives growth. You will own the end-to-end product strategy, with a mandate to build a system that scales high-quality, differentiated travel experiences globally.
This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role, requiring a combination of product judgement, operational discipline, and commercial acumen.

Role Summary
Kensington Tours is seeking a senior commercial leader to transform and professionalize its global sourcing function across Destination Management Companies (DMCs) and other key partners. This role is responsible for driving measurable COGS reduction, elevating vendor performance standards, and building a best-in-class commercial sourcing organization.
