About the team
The Advertising Performance group focuses on performance for all participants in the Advertising ecosystem - Advertisers, Publishers, and Roku. The systems and solutions span multiple disciplines and technologies to perform real-time multi-objective optimization across distributed systems at large scale and with low latency. We use Machine Learning, Reinforcement Learning, AI, Control and Optimization Systems, and Auction Dynamics to solve a large set of complex problems. At the core of this is our Machine Learning and Inference Platform that powers the entire landscape.
About the role
In this role, you will architect, design, and lead the development of a SOTA Inference platform that can handle Advertising-level low latencies, scale, throughput, and availability with optimizations that span across hardware, software, and models. We’re looking for a strong technical leader with deep experience in ML serving, high-performance computing, and industry standard frameworks - someone excited to mentor engineers, innovate at scale, and shape the future of machine learning at Roku.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the design and development of a SOTA Inference platform
- Oversee the development of monitoring, observability, and other tooling to ensure system and model performance, reliability, and scalability of online inference services
- Identify and resolve system inefficiencies, performance bottlenecks, and reliability issues, ensuring optimized end-to-end performance
- Stay at the forefront of advancements in inference frameworks, ML hardware acceleration, and distributed systems, and incorporate innovations where and when they are impactful
We’re excited if you have
- M.S. or above in CS, ECE, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in developing and deploying large-scale, distributed systems, with at least 5 years in a leadership or technical lead role
- Strong programming skills in high-performance languages
- Deep understanding of inference frameworks and ML system deployment
- Proven experience optimizing performance for large-scale machine learning systems, including a deep knowledge of SOTA model optimizations, hardware-software co-design, GPU acceleration, and HPC techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience leading teams working on high-throughput, low-latency ML serving systems
- Experience collaborating with and leading global, cross-functional teams

About the role
We are looking for a talented engineer to join our Products Team working on the Roku TV program! You will be responsible for the core tasks ranging from Roku OS feature development, SoC partner collaboration, third-party API integration, code maintenance, design scalability solutions to help onboard new factories, supporting our QA and Channel certification teams, and everything else involved in our end-to-end product development and release cycles. In this role, you will work closely with our site reliability engineers, vehicle service technicians, and vehicle operators to support the third shift of Vehicle Operations (6 PM - 4 AM CST). You will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and tracking all issues the autonomous vehicle fleet encounters while in the field.
In this role, you will
- Provide technical support to vehicles that encounter software or hardware issues.
- Troubleshoot and perform general root cause analysis for common software and hardware faults across all quickly developing platforms.
- Collaborate with engineers, operations and product to improve product performance, drive down faults, and maximize test efficiency
- Triage of vehicle issues providing data, analysis, and support to engineering teams to determine root cause and corrective actions
- Creation of run books to facilitate standard and accelerated troubleshooting
- Perform sensor calibrations, fleet upgrades, and new platform bring-up
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with the Linux Operating System in a support and troubleshooting capacity.
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills from inception through documentation and closure
- Experience working with various complex hardware and software systems including lidar, radar, cameras, and computers
- Detail oriented self starter with strong desire to learn new skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate across different teams, offices, and time zones
- Ability to wear different hats and quickly multitask
- Excellent documentation skills

The base hourly wage range for this position is $37.00-$47.00 per hour. Aurora’s pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. The successful candidate will also be eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.

The role
Nebius is building the cloud infrastructure that will power the next generation of Physical AI—robotics, autonomous systems, simulation/world models, and embodied intelligence operating in the real world.
The Field CTO for Physical AI & Robotics is a senior technical leadership role responsible for converting raw market demand into a scalable, domain-specific platform. You will own the technical product strategy, ensuring Nebius evolves its capabilities to support the unique demands of Physical AI workloads. Operating at the intersection of deep customer engagement and platform engineering, you will serve as a principal technical partner in strategic opportunities—engaging directly with customer CTOs to map Nebius’ existing capabilities to their immediate needs to help close complex deals. Position Overview
The Launch Operations Mechanical Engineer plays a critical role in the final, high-stakes phase of mission success. This position is responsible for overseeing mechanical processes and equipment at the launch base, ensuring all systems adhere to rigorous aerospace standards. You will bridge the gap between design and flight, managing the physical build, qualification, and configuration of the satellite while supporting the design of the essential Mechanical Ground Support Equipment (MGSE) required for site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mechanical integration efforts at the launch site, ensuring the satellite is flight-ready and configured according to mission specifications.
- Design and implement Mechanical Ground Support Equipment (MGSE) tailored for launch site operations, including handling fixtures, transport containers, and integration stands.
- Oversee the mechanical assembly and qualification testing of satellite hardware, ensuring every component meets safety and performance standards prior to liftoff.
- Enforce strict aerospace industry standards across all mechanical operations to mitigate risk and ensure mission reliability.
- Work closely with integration, systems, and launch vehicle teams to synchronize mechanical activities with the overall launch schedule.
Qualifications
- Strong background in mechanical engineering with a focus on aerospace hardware integration and MGSE design.

In this role, you will help expand our team’s capabilities by supporting the build-out of a new manufacturing site in Texas while sustaining production at existing sites. As a Test Engineer, you’ll be responsible for transforming our surgical robot from an experimental medical device to a robust system capable of doing tens of thousands of surgeries. The Surgery & Robotics Hardware Team is looking for Electrical Engineers who want to advance the future of healthcare solutions with technology. At Neuralink we recognize that increasing healthcare costs, lack of access, and insufficient numbers of neurosurgeons globally require new approaches to enable greater access to our devices. To address these challenges we design fully autonomous robotics systems, human assistive surgical tools, and design entire surgical suites in order to provide better experiences for our customers.
Our team works on our surgical robot system which aims to fully automate the implantation of the Neuralink implant. We design and integrate multi-axis robotic arms, perception systems including custom imaging hardware, optical coherence tomography tissue imaging, power electronics, and safety systems such as 3D spatial mapping/object avoidance sensors. Robotics is part of a larger system of tools we work on. For example, using pre-op MRI scans we generate patient anatomy data that we later use in surgery to register precise surgery site locations.
In addition to research and development of modern surgical technology, we also are responsible for bringing these technologies to market. We perform full lifecycle testing for all devices we design and ultimately manufacture them for use in human surgeries. To date, our designs have served over 20 individuals, and in the coming years our designs will serve thousands of individuals who wish to use our implant technology.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
As an Electrical Engineer on the Surgery & Robot Hardware Team, you will be expected to design, verify, and oversee the transition to production of a variety of custom electronics systems. This role offers substantial autonomy and the exciting opportunity to own creative decisions and execute on new, impactful projects such as robotics stage designs, motor drives and controls, custom camera designs, manufacturing automation, and the firmware that enables all of these devices.
Required Qualifications:

As a Manufacturing Engineer at Neuralink, you will be responsible for the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes and hardware from the ground up. This will include maintaining and supporting existing products and processes, troubleshooting failures, implementing updates, and ensuring long-term reliability. You will focus on creating efficient, scalable systems for producing brain interfaces, emphasizing innovation and quality assurance. Responsibilities:
Expert in your chosen field, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, modifying and evaluating the liquid cooling solutions focusing on direct liquid cooling (DLC). As part of the technical function, you will be responsible in working with select ODM vendors to manage the product thermal specification, development schedule, meet various deliverables, resolve technical issues, and ensure product meets specification, cost and quality goals. You will be responsible in guiding and directing ODM vendors to deliver thermal designs, implementation, monitor testing, review cost and review technical design information to provide clear directions to ODM. Graphcore design and develop leading edge silicon processors and high-power high-speed blade systems at the forefront of AI technology. As such you will need to develop a detailed understanding of our silicon and platform products. Your role will be to create and execute bring-up and characterisation plans of our silicon devices in systems to show that they will operate correctly over all conditions in the final product. You will concentrate on automated and manual testing of systems in the lab and datacentre. The results will be integrated with data from other teams to provide the complete characterisation solution for the product. For example, a large amount of device testing can be performed by the production test team using high-speed production test equipment.

We are looking for a Characterisation and Bring-Up engineer to work with Architecture, Silicon Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Operations (device manufacture) and Product teams to help create and execute the bring-up and characterisation of our cutting-edge silicon devices and system platforms.
Graphcore design and develop leading edge silicon processors and high-power high-speed blade systems at the forefront of AI technology. As such you will need to develop a detailed understanding of our silicon and platform products. Your role will be to create and execute bring-up and characterisation plans of our silicon devices in systems to show that they will operate correctly over all conditions in the final product. You will concentrate on automated and manual testing of systems in the lab and datacentre. The results will be integrated with data from other teams to provide the complete characterisation solution for the product. For example, a large amount of device testing can be performed by the production test team using high-speed production test equipment.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Understand the architecture and design of silicon devices and systems, and clearly document the requirements for characterisation
- Creation of product specific characterisation plans
- Liasing with engineering teams to understand what are tests are available for characterisation purposes and driving change where appropriate
- Create and maintain an automated system for running characterisation testing, capturing the results to a central database and performing data analysis
- Execution of manual characterisation tests where automation is not appropriate
- Report regularly on progress and issues during the characterisation
- Produce characterisation reports containing platform test results and feeding them up into the overall product characterisation report
Essential skills
- A proven track record of delivering technical output, perhaps as an individual contributor, manager, or project manager
- Solid experience and understanding of silicon digital device design characterisation
- Knowledge of silicon process technology and how that impacts device performance at transistor and system level
- Knowledge of high-performance processor and system-on-chip systems
- Experience of high-speed digital interfaces, such as PCIe, Ethernet or DDR
- Knowledge of measurement automation and data analysis
- The ability to code or script automation and data analysis using appropriate coding languages such as Python, JMP for example
- An ability to work independently without daily oversight
Desirable skills:
- Knowledge of PCBA and system level technologies

The Engineering Development Program (EDP) is designed for exceptional recent graduates who want to become Industrial Engineers by learning about high volume space industry operations to support a rapid deployment of Low-Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite constellation.
Participants in this program will begin their careers working directly on the spacecraft production floor as Engineering Technicians supporting Micron Operations. In this role, participants will gain hands-on experience assembling, testing, and integrating flight components for the phased array of the satellite.
As participants demonstrate technical capability and leadership potential, they will progress through a structured development path:
Engineering Technician → Associate Manufacturing Engineer → Manufacturing Engineer or Flight Assurance Engineer or Industrial Engineer or Supervisor
This program provides a rare opportunity to develop engineers who understand spacecraft hardware from the ground up—combining hands-on spacecraft assembly experience, early leadership development, and a clear transition into an engineering role. Participants will gain direct experience building flight hardware, leading technical teams, and supporting spacecraft production at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Phase 1 – Engineering Technician
Participants begin the program working directly with spacecraft hardware supporting Micron Operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform hands-on assembly and integration of flight components.
- Support mechanical integration, alignment, and fastening of microns into the phased array.
- Assist with bonding, adhesives, potting, and precision assembly processes in accordance with engineering procedures and workmanship standards.

- Perform Thermal Vacuum (TVAC) testing, including chamber setup, instrumentation routing, leak checks, pump-down operations, and test monitoring.
- Operate vibration test systems (sine, random, shock) including fixture setup, software configuration, and accelerometer instrumentation.
- Conduct environmental screening on subassemblies (thermal cycling, burn-in, thermal balance, etc.).
- Install, route, and verify test instrumentation including thermocouples, accelerometers, etc.

This phase provides early leadership experience managing a technical teams responsible for environmental testing of flight spacecraft hardware.
Phase 3 – Associate Engineer
Upon successful completion of the development program, participants transition into an Associate Engineer role supporting spacecraft production and integration.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform Thermal Vacuum (TVAC), vibration, and shock testing on components, subsystems, and fully assembled satellites.
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling with internal engineering teams and external test facilities.
- Work with and oversee environmental test vendors during off-site testing campaigns.
- Support test article instrumentation (e.g., thermocouples, accelerometers, strain gauges) and data acquisition system setup.
- Analyze test data, interpret results, and provide actionable feedback to design and manufacturing groups.
- Own, operate, and maintain internal environmental test infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Lead root cause analysis and drive the resolution of test anomalies and failures.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of test processes, procedures, and documentation.
- Serve as the subject-matter expert on environmental test equipment and methodologies.
Participants completing the program transition into engineering roles with a unique advantage—direct experience with handling spacecraft hardware and successfully executing environmental testing.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
- Aerospace Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Physics or related technical discipline
Experience
- Recent graduate or early-career engineer with strong academic performance.
- Hands-on engineering project experience through internships, research labs, or academic programs.
- Experience working with mechanical assemblies, electronics, robotics, or hardware systems preferred.
- Demonstrated interest in spacecraft systems, aerospace manufacturing, or hardware engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with mechanical assemblies, wiring harnesses, or electromechanical systems.
- Exposure to aerospace manufacturing, spacecraft systems, or cleanroom environments.
- Experience with bonding, adhesives, or precision assembly processes.
- Participation in engineering project teams, robotics competitions, or hardware-based research projects.

Position Overview
We are seeking an Associate Electrical Engineer to join our team. This role involves working closely with senior engineers to design and test electrical harnesses for satellites and associated ground support equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to contribute to cutting-edge aerospace projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design, test, and support the integration of electrical harnesses for spacecraft and ground systems.
- Create detailed electrical schematics, select wiring, connectors, back shells, and other harness components, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
- Develop and execute test plans to verify functionality, reliability, and performance of electrical harness systems.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation procedures, analyze test data, and troubleshoot issues to meet design requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including interface control documents, system schematics, block diagrams, harness drawings, and installation procedures.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (power, RF, command and data handling, and other subsystems) to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
A minimum of 0–2 years of industry experience or recent graduate with hands-on project experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of space environment and industry standards.
- Understanding of harness design principles, cable routing, shielding, and EMI/EMC considerations.
- Proficiency in CAD software for harness design (e.g., Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD Electrical, CATIA, Mentor Graphics).
- Experience with electrical simulation and analysis tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB).
- Prior experience in electrical harness design through internships, co-op programs, or academic projects related to aerospace engineering.
