Overview:
DV Trading is seeking an experienced, high-performing trader to deploy and scale profitable strategies on a best-in-class proprietary platform. This role is designed for individuals with a demonstrated ability to generate alpha who are looking for greater autonomy, access to capital, and a high-performance environment without the constraints of traditional institutions.

The platform supports a wide range of experience levels—from highly established traders who operate independently end-to-end, to developing traders who may benefit from support in areas such as research, technology, or execution. Resources across quant research, engineering, and infrastructure are available to help accelerate strategy development and growth.

Job Responsibilities:

The role

As Regional Marketing Manager for IPBS, you own the marketing roadmap for one of the fastest-growing trading audiences in the world. You will translate global commercial goals into culturally fluent campaigns, drive qualified acquisition at a controlled CPA, and increase the LTV of active traders across the region. You will work hand-in-hand with our regional BDM/PAM team to amplify partner activity, and act as PrimeXBT's brand guardian on the ground.

This is a builder's role. You should be equally comfortable writing a brief for a creator campaign, negotiating booth space at a Karachi expo, optimising a paid social funnel for Tier-2 IPBS cities, and pulling AI tooling into your daily workflow to multiply your output.

Key responsibilities

Strategic planning & localisation

• Own the annual IPBS marketing roadmap, aligned to global KPIs for acquisition, FTD and retention.
• Run deep-dive market intelligence on local competitors (Delta Exchange, CoinDCX, Mudrex, Octa, Exness, OctaFX and equivalents), pricing models and trader behaviour to surface untapped segments.
• Localise creative, messaging, landing pages and promotional offers so they land in Hindi, English, Urdu, Bengali and Sinhala/Tamil contextsnot just translated, but rewritten for the market.

Go-to-market strategy

• Design and lead 360 regional campaigns spanning paid digital, organic, creator/KOL, PR, offline events and partner enablement.
• Build quarterly GTM plans with clear hypotheses, channel mix, budget allocation and success metrics.
• Partner with Product on regionally-relevant features, deposit methods and bonus mechanics.

Performance & growth marketing

• Lead regional acquisition: act as a link with our Paid Media team in planning and rollout of PPC, Paid Social (Meta, X, YouTube), Programmatic and ASO campaigns specific to IPBS, with tight control over CPA and CPL.
• Funnel optimisation: analyse the journey from first touch → registration → KYC → FTD → second deposit, and ship regional fixes (creative, landing page, payment UX, comms cadence) to reduce drop-off.
• Retention & LTV: design lifecycle campaigns, reactivation flows and bonus/promotion mechanics that keep active traders trading.
• Local partnerships: build co-marketing toolkits and campaign-in-a-box assets that the BDM/PAM team can deploy with IBs, affiliates and KOLs.

Agency & stakeholder management

• Manage external media agencies, PR firms, creative shops and freelance localisers across the region.
• Work cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Product and Sales to ship campaigns that are both impactful and legally sound non-negotiable in this region.
• Brief, review and sign off all regional creative before it goes live.

Brand & offline presence

• Events: plan and execute regional participation in major expos (Forex Expo Dubai, iFX EXPO Asia, Money Expo India, Traders Fair) and host VIP seminars and partner dinners for HNW clients and top affiliates.
• Media buying: manage relationships with regional financial portals, business news outlets and trading-focused YouTubers/Telegram operators.
• PR & communications: act as brand guardian, ensuring all PR activity respects local advertising rules around crypto and CFDs.

AI-augmented operating model

We expect every member of the marketing team to use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, HeyGen and equivalents) as a force-multiplier for research, copy variants, creative iteration, competitor teardowns, ad concept testing, localised content production and reporting. Candidates who can demonstrate concrete examples of AI in their workflow will stand out.

What you'll bring

Must have

• 4–7 years in performance/brand marketing, with at least 2 years owning a region or country P&L.
• Deep familiarity with at least two IPBS marketsIndia is non-negotiable; Pakistan, Bangladesh or Sri Lanka exposure strongly preferred.
• Track record running paid acquisition at scale across Meta, Google, programmatic and creator/KOL channels, with clear CPA/FTD numbers you can talk through.
• Hands-on campaign craft: you can write a brief, review creative, read a media plan and challenge an agency without hiding behind one.
• Working knowledge of crypto, forex, CFDs or another regulated financial vertical.
• Fluent English plus at least one of: Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Tamil or Sinhala.
• Demonstrable AI-in-workflow examplesyou don't just talk about it, you ship with it.

Nice to have

• Existing relationships with IPBS trading KOLs, financial media or expo organisers.
• Experience working alongside an affiliate/IB programme, not just B2C performance.
• SEO, lifecycle/CRM marketing, or community-building (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp) chops.
• Experience navigating local advertising restrictions on crypto or leveraged products.

Geneva Trading is looking for a Trade Support Engineer to be the primary point of contact for our trading desks. You will sit between the Traders and the Core IT team, ensuring our systems run smoothly and resolve any technical issues that pop up during the trading day. This is a fast-paced role that requires quick thinking, a solid technical background, and a good understanding of how financial markets work. 

What You’ll Do 

• Support the Desk: Act as the "first responder" for all trading application and hardware issues. If a trader has a problem, you are the person they call. 

• Troubleshoot & Fix: Investigate issues within our desktop and server applications. You’ll dig into log files to find out what went wrong and fix it. 

• Manage Connectivity: Onboard new traders, set up trading accounts, and manage credentials for various global exchanges (CME, ICE, etc.). 

• Improve the System: Use scripting (Python or Bash) to automate repetitive tasks and build better alerts so we catch problems before they affect trading. 

• Subject Matter Expert: Become the go-to person for our internal trading software. You’ll help train traders on new features and updates. 

• Deploy Updates: Test new software releases and manage the rollout to ensure everything stays stable. 

What We’re Looking For 

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a trade support or application support role, ideally at a proprietary trading firm or bank. 

• Exchange Knowledge: Familiarity with how exchanges like the CME, Eurex, or ICE operate. 

• Technical Skills: 

• Strong experience with FIX Protocol. 

• Comfortable working in both Linux and Windows environments. 

• Ability to write basic scripts (Python, Bash, or Perl) to automate tasks. 

• Basic database knowledge (SQL) to look up trade data. 

• Utilize AI tools to assist in log analysis, script generation, and streamlining incident resolution workflows. 

• Soft Skills: You can stay calm and focused when things get high-pressure. You enjoy solving puzzles and aren't afraid to "get under the hood" of an application. 

• Availability: Since markets operate around the clock, you’ll need to be available for occasional on-call support or weekend work.

Compensation 

Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.
