About the Role 

We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead finance and payouts platforms within Enterprise Engineering, with a strong focus on AI-driven automation. You will own products that support order-to-cash, revenue accounting, financial close, reconciliations, and partner payouts, working across Controllership, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Payments, Ads Revenue Operations, and Business Systems. 

You’ll define the vision, roadmap, and execution for capabilities that combine robust finance controls with modern engineering and AI - e.g., ML-assisted reconciliations, anomaly detection, intelligent exception routing, and Gen-AI powered tools for finance users. This is a high-impact senior IC role; you will regularly influence senior stakeholders across regions, while partnering closely with engineering leads and architects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own strategy & roadmap for finance and payouts platforms, including AI-enabled capabilities (classification, matching, forecasting, GenAI assistants)

Responsibilities

This position requires the ability to maintain accurate revenue and cost of sales for significant Rocket Lab customer contracts.

The Senior Cost & Project Accountant will report to the Program Accounting Manager and work closely with the accounting team and partner with various team members throughout the organization.

Based onsite at Rocket Lab’s headquarters in Long Beach, California the Senior Cost Accounting Analyst will be responsible for the cost accounting function for the enterprise, inventory valuation, production orders cost analysis & aging, inventory reconciliations and SOX controls. This position requires the ability to develop and maintain accurate costing and valuation for inventory. The Senior Cost Accounting Analyst II will report to the Senior Cost Accounting Manager and work closely with accounting, and partner with various team members throughout the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO: 

• Month-end process preparing journal entries for inventory reconciliation, raw material cost allocations, reclassifying operating expenses and distributing manufacturing variances by-product and categories.
• Prepare monthly inventory reconciliation and SOX Controls.
• Generate quarterly slows moving inventory reserve reports and presentation for Management review and approval. Organize and set quarterly reserve meetings.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in tax accounting, preferably with at least 2 years in a supervisory role (Big 4 or large corporate experience highly valued).

What You Will Do

As Senior Staff Accountant, you’ll help keep Alpha’s accounting operations running sharp. You’ll support the Controller, partner with internal teams, and bring discipline to the financial details that matter.

Own the Accounting Fundamentals

• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations with accuracy and urgency.
• Maintain the general ledger and support day-to-day accounting activities.
• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, and month-end adjustments.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and help ensure financial records are clean, complete, and audit-ready.

Support Month-End, Year-End & Reporting

• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Generate financial reports in NetSuite and assist with variance analysis.

What You Would Get To Do

The Staff Accountant will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of financial data and supporting the day-to-day operations of the Finance department. This role bridges meticulous transactional oversight, specifically in Accounts Payable and Cash Management, with essential month-end reporting and internal stakeholder support. 

This role is an integral part of the overall business and will require a great deal of attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work individually and as part of a team.

Your Contributions

Accounting Payable and Vendor Management

• Verify, code, and process vendor invoices and employee  expenses with high accuracy in the ERP system.
• Prepare weekly and ad-hoc vendor payment runs; ensure all cash disbursements are accurately applied against outstanding liabilities.
• Perform regular  vendor statement reconciliation to ensure ledger accuracy. Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, resolving billing and payment discrepancies in a timely manner.

Cash Receipt Management  and Banking

• Monitor daily bank activities and apply cash receipts against client billings, commission receivable, and other inflows.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly bank reconciliation to ensure alignment between bank statements and the general ledger.
• Support Venue Sourcing team in monitoring of hotel commission receipts and facilitate timely subsequent disbursement to clients.

Month-End Closing and Financial Reporting

• Prepare and record month-end accruals and adjustments as directed  by the Assistant Controller and Senior Accountant. 
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and conduct month-to-month variation analysis to identify and explain fluctuations.
• Support the Assistant Controller in the preparation and review of regional financial statements.

Finance Operation and Administrative

• Support the supplier onboarding process and maintain integrity within the SAP vendor master data.
• Assist in monitoring of finance-related inboxes, provide troubleshooting support for Concur Expense and Concur Invoice, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in managing banking platform access and user permission.

Ad Hoc and Strategic Supports

• Build strong relationships with Event Delivery, Client Services, and FP&A to provide seamless financial support. 
• Support the Assistant Controller in annual financial audits, and assist with external regulatory filings as required.
• Raise and escalate potential concerns and successes to the Assistant Controller and leadership regularly.
• Handle ad hoc requests from the business as and when required.

What We Are Looking For

• Experiences of using enterprise-level accounting software and finance tools, such as SAP, Oracle, and Concur is highly desirable.
• Strong foundation in GAAP with ability to apply matching principles and accrual accounting correctly.
• Understanding of account payable lifecycle, including vendor master data management, 3-way matching, and strategic payment term optimization.

Faire is looking for a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join our General Ledger (GL) Accounting team and help strengthen and advance our world-class controllership function as we scale. Salary Range

San Francisco: the pay range for this role is $108,000 to $148,500 per year.

As a Financial Reporting & Equity Administration Staff Accountant, you’ll be part of a cross-functional team whose mission is to lead IonQ on its journey to build the world’s best quantum computers to solve the world’s most complex problems.

Staff Accountant 

Location: Playa Vista, California (full time, on-site) 

Launch has changed the economics of space. Now it is time to return. 

Outpost is building the missing infrastructure between orbit and Earth: reusable vehicles that can bring payloads back from space and deliver them to a precise location within hours. We call it exologistics, space-to-Earth logistics at planetary scale. This is not a paper concept or a distant roadmap. Our system is in active development, with core technologies advancing toward flight readiness. 

The need is already here and the market has responded. We have validated demand through multiple defense and civil agreements, and a growing pipeline across government and commercial customers.  

Outpost is building the logistics layer that makes space economically useful in a new way: the ability to move material from orbit to Earth quickly, reliably, and affordably. Over time, that supports point-to-point logistics, 10 tons of cargo, anywhere on Earth in an hour. It also creates the foundation for a reusable reentry network and enables new categories of space activity, including in-space manufacturing, supporting AI data centers, advanced manufacturing and novel materials.

Role Overview 

The Staff Accountant will support day-to-day accounting operations while helping to build the infrastructure required for a high-growth company. This role spans transactional accounting, monthly close, and continuous improvement of financial processes and controls.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where systems and processes are still evolving. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Prepare and post journal entries; ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
• Perform monthly reconciliations of general ledger and subledger accounts
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, including variance analysis
• Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices, purchase orders, and employee expense reports; ensure proper coding and approvals
• Accounts Receivable: Manage billing, collections, cash application, and support revenue tracking (including DSO monitoring)
• Maintain and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure financial data integrity and operational alignment
• Support external audits and provide required documentation
• Utilize and help optimize financial systems (e.g., QuickBooks Advanced, BILL, Brex) 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience (startup, high-growth, or corporate environment preferred)
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
• Proficiency in accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP platforms)
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., lookups, pivot tables, data analysis)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline
• Clear communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Self-starter with a bias toward ownership and process improvement 

Preferred Experience (Not Required) 

• CPA or progress toward certification
• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or government contracting environments
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle
• Exposure to audit processes and/or internal controls frameworks

POSITION SUMMARY:

The individual in this role will be a critical member of the finance team responsible for the operations of Audax Management Company. The role will work closely with the Controller and Senior Accountant alongside the firm’s third-party administrator, to deliver robust financial reporting to senior management through accurate and timely recording of activity in the firm’s accounting systems. 

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and detail oriented team player with strong organizational skills, a professional and discreet demeanor, a flexible approach to learning and “do anything” attitude.  This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated accounting professional to gain hands on experience in a fast paced, dynamic and high energy work environment at a growing private equity firm with exposure across multiple departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate various work streams with third-party administrator, ensuring that supporting documentation (invoices, approvals, etc.) is delivered timely and in accordance with policy
• Assist with the monthly close process, including preparing/reviewing closing, accrual and depreciation entries
• Prepare and maintain monthly balance sheet account reconciliations, P&L trending analysis, and management reporting
• Assist external auditors with annual audit and tax team with reporting, filings
• Assist with continuous process improvement initiatives, with a focus on the continued development of processes and best practices related to Oracle NetSuite and Concur
• Assist with preparation of cash, investment, revenue, and expense analysis reports for senior management on a weekly and ad-hoc basis
• Assist with generating and reviewing of portfolio company, fund/holding company, and employee billing, including adherence to Management Services Agreements and the firm’s expense allocation policies
• Prepare monthly journal entries, including reclassing expenses and expense allocations across business units and perform balance sheet account clean-up to resolve stale balances
• Maintain the team’s filing system ensuring documentation is organized

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance with advanced degree or certification a plus
• 0-3 years of experience in a corporate or public accounting role, preferably in private equity or financial services
• Basic understanding of U.S. GAAP requirements
• Technologically savvy with MS Excel skills, NetSuite and Concur experience is a plus
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and manage competing priorities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meeting deadlines with quality work product in a fast paced environment
• Effective communication skills and ability interact with Senior Management and outside parties
