The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:
We're looking for a Director, Marketing Campaigns with deep expertise in brand and creative to define how Moloco builds awareness and shows up in the market.

Compensation & Benefits
U.S.-based employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and well-being benefits and perks. For AI-Enabled Craft: Treat AI as a creative leadership responsibility, not an experiment. Set the vision for how tools like Gemini, Claude, and Figma MCP get woven into the team's daily practice to expand craft and unlock capacity so the team spends more of its day on concepting and creative strategy and less on work that machines can credibly carry, and the output gets better as a result. You'll partner with Neil and the Senior Manager, Brand Operations to identify where AI multiplies craft and where it doesn't belong while empowering your ACDs to push the practice forward.
For the Partnership: Operate as a peer to the Creative Director, Copy — co-leading the creative function and the creative transformation. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Consumer and Client Brand Strategists to translate insight into platforms. Partner with the Senior Manager, Brand Operations and the Consumer and Client Program Managers to make ambitious work deliverable. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer, and Communications leaders across the company.
The Team You'll Lead:
You'll lead a design team of Art Directors, on-staff designers, a Principal Motion Designer, multiple contract designers and a video editor — supported by dedicated Program Managers and our Senior Manager, Brand Operations. The team handles the full spectrum of in-house production: social video, all display and digital takeovers, print, OOH, B2B campaigns, and CRM. There's room to bring in collaborators you've worked with and expand the ecosystem of partners the team works with.

ICON is looking for a skilled, detail-obsessed Web Developer to own the technical health, performance, and continuous improvement of iconbuild.com. You'll sit within the Marketing & Customer Experience team, working at the intersection of design, content, and engineering to ensure our website is fast, functional, and always moving forward. This role is equal parts maintenance and momentum. Some days you'll be squashing bugs and fixing layout breaks. Others you'll be building new landing pages, integrating third-party tools, or collaborating with design to bring a new campaign experience to life. You'll be the go-to technical partner for the marketing team, the person who makes ideas buildable and keeps the site running at its best.
This role carries a dotted-line relationship to ICON's Engineering & Software Development team. The UX/UI Designer is responsible for the design, prototyping, and front-end development of SCADA products and automation interfaces that ensure a seamless and intuitive experience for operators and engineers managing energy storage systems. This role bridges aesthetic design, user research, and technical front-end implementation, working to transform complex system data and stakeholder feedback into high-performance, responsive, and scalable visual solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain SCADA product interfaces and new features based on evolving user needs and technical feedback. Develop static front-end components using specialized industrial software, requiring strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern layout techniques like Flexbox and Grid.
- Create, manage, and optimize vector graphics and SVGs for high-performance use within the SCADA environment.
- Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Figma to maintain and expand a comprehensive internal Design System, including styles, iconography, typography, and color palettes.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to solve logic problems and technical challenges when making product interfaces dynamic and data-driven.
- Design for a diverse range of environments, ensuring products are fully responsive and optimized for both Light and Dark modes.
- Optimize interfaces for touch-screen HMI devices, ensuring industrial-grade usability and ergonomics in the field. Maintain consistency and an excellent eye for detail across all screens and product modules to ensure a unified user experience.
- Design and implement intuitive workflows for complex tasks, such as device settings editing and system configuration.
- Facilitate regular feedback sessions with both English and Spanish-speaking users to gather qualitative insights and validate design directions.
- Refactor and optimize front-end code to improve system performance, maintainability, and long-term scalability.
- Proactively identify future design trends and technical improvements to ensure the product remains at the forefront of the energy storage market.
