We are seeking a Material Handler to support some of the most innovative, complex, and large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects in the country. This role will be instrumental in delivering RMCI’s first-generation programs as a General Contractor within hyperscale and enterprise data center environments.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Metrology Technician Lead to validate critical dimensions on complex satellite assemblies using advanced precision measurement equipment, including Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), Laser Trackers, Romer Arms, and 3D Laser Scanning systems. Working on-site in the AI Lab, you will use AST’s in-house labeling software to draw bounding boxes, polygons, and segmentation masks; classify components and defects; and follow detailed labeling guidelines defined by AST’s data scientists and manufacturing quality engineers. This is a high-precision, security-controlled role: the lab is a no-personal-electronics environment, and your accuracy and consistency directly determine the quality of the AI models AST relies on for visual inspection and robotic operation.

Position Overview
The Engineering Development Program (EDP) is designed for exceptional recent graduates who want to become Industrial Engineers by learning about high volume space industry operations to support a rapid deployment of Low-Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite constellation.
Participants in this program will begin their careers working directly on the spacecraft production floor as Engineering Technicians supporting Micron Operations. In this role, participants will gain hands-on experience assembling, testing, and integrating flight components for the phased array of the satellite.
As participants demonstrate technical capability and leadership potential, they will progress through a structured development path:
Engineering Technician → Associate Manufacturing Engineer → Manufacturing Engineer or Flight Assurance Engineer or Industrial Engineer or Supervisor
This program provides a rare opportunity to develop engineers who understand spacecraft hardware from the ground up—combining hands-on spacecraft assembly experience, early leadership development, and a clear transition into an engineering role. Participants will gain direct experience building flight hardware, leading technical teams, and supporting spacecraft production at scale.

This role provides hands-on exposure to flight hardware manufacturing, supporting engineers and technicians with process development, panel assembly, and production optimization. The intern will contribute to improving the reliability, efficiency, and manufacturability of space-rated solar array systems that power mission-critical spacecraft.

AST SpaceMobile is seeking an AI Data Operations Manager based in Midland, TX to operate, secure, and run the day-to-day operations of the on-site AI Lab supporting the AI & Autonomy division. You will be the single point of accountability for the lab’s physical security, IT and server infrastructure, and the part-time image-labeling workforce that produces the labeled datasets feeding our computer-vision and robotics models. You will enforce strict lab access and information-security rules — no personal phones, photography, personal electronics, or removable storage media inside the lab — and ensure all workstations, GPU servers, storage, and network equipment are properly maintained, patched, and locked down.
You will hire, train, schedule, and supervise a part-time labeling workforce on AST’s in-house labeling software, partnering daily with quality inspectors and manufacturing engineers to capture, log, and curate the imagery that trains spacecraft inspection and robotic computer-vision models. This is a hands-on role for a computer-literate, security-conscious operator who is comfortable owning both people and infrastructure.
