Who you are

Metropolis is seeking a Director of Operations Strategy to own the optimization and execution systems that power how we run our global operations. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations Support & Strategy, you will be the connective tissue between strategy and execution  — building the operational discipline and processes that empower our teams in the field to achieve.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, or analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role at a high-growth technology or marketplace company
• Deep analytical fluency — highly proficient in Excel and SQL, with hands-on experience building and maintaining reporting infrastructure in BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
• Demonstrated ability to build financial models, scenario analyses, and forecasting frameworks that inform real, high-stakes business decisions
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from scoping through execution — managing multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing accountability on any of them

Business Applications Engineer

About the Role

The Business Applications Engineer is on the Business Systems team and partners with others on the Business Systems, Data & Analytics, IT, and other Business teams (Operations, Patient Access, Billing, Clinical/Pharmacy, etc.) around the organization to develop, test, and deploy automated event/timed based processes that support our core practice management system (hosted in Azure) and our other core business systems. This role is vital to the success of enhancing current business processes to be more effective through technology.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Business Systems to lead active development of our workflow management tech processes in Azure Cloud that will drive workflows in our core practice management system, Unlimited Financials.
• Facilitate & lead unit testing of developed logic within the Business Systems unit to prepare for UAT.
• Partner with Business Systems leaders & analysts on intake requests, requirement gathering, scoping, and iterative UAT sessions to finalize the new build or enhancement.
• Develop a standardized troubleshooting, bug fixes, & optimization process internally for the existing workflow management technical processes.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, or a related technical field or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience designing, developing, or supporting applications and automated workflows within a Microsoft Azure cloud environment.
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Azure-based automation and integration solutions, including services such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and related Azure application services.

Job Title: Quantitative Scientist

Why This Role Matters:

The Quantitative Scientist will be responsible for executing and providing oversight and guidance on the analytical, statistical and epidemiological components of Verana research projects and data quality initiatives. The primary function of this role will be to conduct, guide, and manage the analytical execution of Verana research projects . Java Developer 

We’re looking for a Java Developer to design, build, and scale backend services that power our products and internal platforms. You’ll work closely with product, design, and data to ship reliable features, improve performance, and raise our engineering bar.

About the role

• Build and operate backend services and REST APIs in Java (preferably Java 17+) using Spring Boot.

• Contribute across the lifecycle: discovery, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.

As a Revenue Management Analyst, you will be responsible for maximizing revenues for Metropolis technology-enabled commercial assets. Your Impact

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be a key player in deploying and supporting Axon’s software solutions directly within law enforcement agencies. You will leverage your expertise in Axon products and services to provide high-level technical support, manage complex deployments, and foster strong customer relationships. As a SQL Engineer / Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data solutions that power usage and royalty processing, reporting, and internal analytics. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Truework already has some operations reporting and data infrastructure in place, but as the first dedicated analyst focused on this work, you’ll own the process of improving and expanding it. What You Bring

Required

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or a hybrid role — ideally in a high-growth or startup environment where you’ve had to build things from scratch
• Advanced SQL: complex joins, window functions, CTEs, query optimization. You should be able to navigate unfamiliar database schemas and figure out how data fits together.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling and pipeline tools (dbt, Airflow, or similar). You’ve built and maintained data models, not just queried them.
