As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will be tasked with leading the design and development of a unified, scalable Developer Platform, building secure APIs and infrastructure using modern DevEx and CI/CD practices, and collaborating across teams to drive innovation in a global, high-scale environment.
What will you do?
Primary responsibilities include:
- Help create the Future: Dive deep into our current developer platform, identify pain points, and design innovative solutions to address them in an iterative way toward a shared vision. Participate in design and development of a new architecture that supports scalability, maintainability, and operational excellence.
- Modernize the Stack: Collaborate with architects and teams to evaluate and implement the right tools, frameworks, and methodologies for building a robust, user-centric developer platform.
- Hands-on Development: Write high-quality, production-ready code.
- Mentor and Lead: Guide and mentor other engineers, contribute to their professional growth, share best practices and architectural insights, and foster a culture of engineering excellence. Your involvement increases the overall quality, whether you wrote it directly, reviewed it, or had a hand in designing it.
- Collaborate Across Teams and Orgs: Partner with engineering, architects, product, design, quality, DevOps / Infra teams, and leadership to align on objectives, design, timelines, and execution strategies.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?
Ideal candidates will have:
- Expertise in Developer Platform / DevEx fundamentals and infrastructure platform services design
- Proficiency in Golang, experience with Python is a plus
- Deep proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins) in large-scale environments
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP) and Kubernetes

About the Role
As a Senior DevEx Engineer at Axonius, you will be the backbone of our development velocity. You won't just be "doing DevOps"; you will be designing the future of our CI/CD and internal tooling. What you’ll do
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining Fireblocks’ Nodes Access platform, including its applications, services, and underlying systems. What You’ll Bring
To thrive in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and experience:

- 5+ years of experience with scalable distributed systems in GoLang, TypeScript, Python.

About the role
We are looking for developers who understand and believe in software engineering best practices (design, clean code, testing, code reviews, automation, etc) and who are also aware of bad practices and anti-patterns.
The must
- 7+ years of programming experience, using Golang, TypeScript, React
- Proven experience in developing web applications
- Strong analytical thinking, systematic problem-solving skills
- Have practiced Test-Driven Development and/or Continuous Integration & Delivery
The nice
- Experience in other languages and frameworks such as React native and GraphQL
- Worked on numerous projects in diverse business domains
- Experienced in cloud environment development
- Degree in computer science or equivalent
- Have contributed to, or managed an open-source project

What You'll Do:
- Your Mission. Design, develop, and execute features from concept to production that will have a huge business impact on the core products at OpenWeb.
- High Impact. Ramp up the technical level of your team and cross-backend engineers, raising the overall engineering quality across the organization.
- Own your mission. Develop high-priority projects that contribute to making OpenWeb’s products the most scalable, high-velocity solutions on the market.
- Lead. As part of a team developing a complex micro-services backend architecture, you'll work with the team and lead us towards solutions for large-scale challenges.
- Dream Team. You'll join an agile dev squad of engineers who are all highly talented, very collaborative and excited to hear your opinion.
- You will report to the Engineering Team Lead.
Tech Stack:
- Work with a modern tech stack designed for scalability and high performance, including Golang, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, AWS cloud services, Docker, and Kubernetes (K8s).
What You'll Bring:
- 6+ years of experience building highly scalable, SaaS web products.
- Fluent in any programming languages such as Golang, Node.js, Python or similar.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, Docker, K8s/ECS/Nomad or similar, AWS or similar public cloud.
- Vast experience in microservices architecture, distributed systems & high scale environments
- Experience in the AdTech and/or Media & Social Media industries as well as fast-paced, global, scaling startup environments is a plus!
