About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and relationship-driven Enterprise Account Manager to join our growing Customer Success team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the long-term success, retention, and expansion of a portfolio of enterprise clients. You’ll operate as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, using a consultative approach to uncover new opportunities, drive commercial growth, and deepen partnerships across the client organization.
This is not your typical post-sales role—our Enterprise Account Managers are strategic thinkers, revenue drivers, and relationship builders. You’ll work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Implementation to ensure that Venn becomes an embedded, indispensable solution for our clients.

This role is hybrid (3 days/week in our cozy NYC office). For New York-based candidates, this position has an estimated annual base salary of $140,000 to $160,000, plus commission, benefits, and opportunities for equity. The Engineering Team- Venn’s software engineers develop the tech products that power Venn’s Neighborhood Engagement Platform. The products range from mobile apps, management tools for landlords, smart home solutions, marketplaces, and more.
The Technology - We don't just use cutting-edge technologies, we architect and own them end-to-end. Our engineers take full ownership from technical design through implementation, testing, and deployment to production.
Our backend is powered by Go with a GraphQL api layer running on AWS with Kubernetes orchestration for scalable resilient services. We've built robust CI/CD pipelines on Jenkins that our engineers own and continuously optimize. Our mobile experience runs on React Native with Expo, while our web platform leverages React - our engineers ship features across the entire stack.
We've embraced durable workflows using Temporal for complex business processes, giving us unprecedented reliability and observability. Our data infrastructure spans the full spectrum - from real-time streaming with SNS and Kinesis, through S3 data lakes, to our Snowflake data warehouse - all architected and maintained by engineers who understand every component.
We're at the forefront of AI integration, leveraging AWS Bedrock and the latest language models to build intelligent features that our users love. Our engineers don't just consume AI APIs - they design, implement, and fine-tune AI-powered experiences.
What sets us apart? Our engineers lead features from conception to production. You'll design technical solutions, write the code, build the tests, and own the results. We automate relentlessly because manual work is time better spent solving interesting problems.

We’re looking for an energetic and organized part-time Office & Employee Experience Manager to oversee our NYC office operations and lead initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience. You’ll be the heartbeat of our physical workplace, ensuring it runs smoothly while creating an environment where people feel welcomed, supported, and inspired to do their best work. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is passionate about people, and loves to make things happen behind the scenes.
For New York-based candidates, this position has an estimated hourly rate of $31/hour - $39/hour, plus benefits and opportunities for equity. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors such as certifications.
