About the team
When you join our Core Analytics Team, you will be part of a centralized analytics team, with all the benefits that entail: a world class peer group to support you, centrally maintained tools, career growth, and more.
This role will specifically support the Device/OS Analytics team, partnering closely with product, engineering, and analytics teams to drive data-informed decisions that enhance device performance, reliability, and user experience.
About the role
Roku is looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer to play an instrumental role in helping Roku continue its success by providing end-to-end business intelligence solutions that democratize data across the business. You will work closely with analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand business questions, write robust pipelines to create analytical data assets, and use visualization to create informative reports and dashboards that allow stakeholders to answer questions quickly and with confidence. You will become an expert in our data infrastructure and create/maintain pipelines that are critical to conducting robust analyses. The ideal candidate for this role loves building tools and reports that empower others to make high impact decisions and tell stories with data.

As the Senior Manager of Data Analytics, you will lead the intelligence engine for Coupang Taiwan’s Post-Purchase Experience, CS & Fraud. You will transform massive datasets into actionable strategies that reduce return defects, fraud, optimize customer service efficiency, and identify opportunities to improve return customer experience. You will lead a team of analysts to bridge the gap between "what happened" and "what we should do next."
What You Will Do
Strategic Insights: Lead the end-to-end analytics for the Returns and CS lifecycle. Identify root causes for high return rates (e.g., sizing issues, logistical damage, or fraud) and propose data-backed solutions.
Predictive Modeling: Develop and oversee models to predict return propensity and customer lifetime value (CLV), helping the business proactively manage risk.
Performance Measurement: Define and own the "North Star" metrics for the Taiwan CS organization, including First Contact Resolution (FCR), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and Cost per Contact.
Stakeholder Influence: Act as a strategic partner to the PPE (Process, Policy & Engineering) and Logistics teams, using data to influence the product roadmap and operational SOPs.
Team Leadership: Mentor and scale a team of high-performing data analysts, fostering a culture of technical excellence and business-first thinking.
Dashboarding & Automation: Transition the organization from manual reporting to real-time, automated BI solutions (Tableau/Looker) that empower regional leads

About the role
We are looking for a Data Analyst / Senior Data Analyst in Taiwan to join our Enterprise Solution team.
In this role, you will serve as the strategic bridge between our product applications, client data, and evolving business requirements. You are the vital link connecting our Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams. Your primary objective is to architect business solutions and successfully implement them using existing products, while simultaneously translating client feedback into actionable requirements for the Product team to drive continuous innovation.
