About This Role: 

The Communications Specialist serves as Enterprise Digital’s strategic communications owner—responsible for developing communication strategies, crafting key messages, and delivering high-impact communication materials with minimal oversight. This role leads communication planning across ED, partners directly with senior leaders, and ensures alignment with Enterprise Digital strategy pillars, priorities, and culture.

The Communications Specialist proactively identifies narrative opportunities, elevates storytelling across the department, and ensures consistency of voice, message discipline, and communication quality across all ED channels. This role is a critical partner in shaping how Enterprise Digital informs, inspires, and engages the broader organization.

What You'll Do:

• Own the Enterprise Digital communications strategy across all channels.
• Lead quarterly and annual communications planning cycles, ensuring alignment with ED priorities (End-to-End Processes, AI, Innovation, Digital Readiness).
• Recommend improvements to communications approach, channel usage, and message cadence.
• Present communication strategies and recommendations to leadership.
• Independently develop key messages, communication plans, and storytelling frameworks for major ED initiatives.
• Serve as primary writer for complex or high-visibility communications (e.g., leadership updates, strategic initiatives, innovation stories, digital transformation narratives).
• Translate technical content (AI/ML, portfolio, data, change management) into accessible, compelling storytelling.
• Produce high-quality communication materials including:
  • Newsletters, NSN stories, enterprise updates

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, English, Business, or a related field.
• Formal training or certification in change management preferred.
• 3–5+ years in corporate communications, internal communications, marketing communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing communication strategies, not just executing them.

The Account Supervisor leads the day-to-day execution of agency and client projects for an assigned portfolio. Role Overview

The Public Sector GenAI T&E Product Manager will be a high-horsepower technical leader, defining the vision and owning the roadmap for our evaluation capabilities. This role requires thriving in unscripted, high-stakes environments, as you will be the primary owner for the T&E tech stack—the robust infrastructure required to continuously measure, improve, and prove the superiority and sustained performance of our agentic applications.

Traversing multiple engineering organizations across Scale, you will identify bottlenecks, distill technical friction into actionable plans, and drive execution. You will work across Scale’s commercial and public sector teams to define requirements, ensuring our evaluation services are robust enough for the most demanding government use cases. Minimum Qualifications (Quantifiable)

• Engineering Depth: 3+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or highly technical program management. You must be able to read code, understand system architecture, and participate in technical design reviews alongside engineering teams.
• Evaluation Systems Expertise: Proven experience designing, owning the roadmap for, or operating the infrastructure required to continuously measure, improve, and show the performance of AI applications. 
• Problem Distillation: Demonstrated experience taking a vaguely defined problem (e.g., "our evaluation cycles are too slow") and delivering a technical roadmap, resource requirements, and measurable success metrics within a narrow time window.
• Ambiguity Management: Proven track record of taking a project from "stalled/undefined" to "shipped" in a high-pressure environment. You can point to at least two instances where you inherited a failing project and saw it through to production.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Led multiple projects that required direct alignment between at least three distinct engineering organizations (e.g., Infrastructure, ML Research, and Product).
• Operational Execution: Experience using technical project management frameworks (e.g., Linear) to provide consistent weekly reporting on delivery velocity and blockers to executive stakeholders.

You won’t just be managing a roadmap; you will be building the ML Ops infrastructure that allows the government to spin the ML Ops flywheel to develop reliable AI.  This work will span both Computer Vision and Generative AI.

This is a hybrid role for a PM who loves the "why" as much as the "how." You will sit at the center of our transition from a data labeling leader to a full-stack AI partner. Scale AI is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer, Frontier AI Infrastructure to join our dynamic Public Sector Engineering team. As a part of this team, you will own the model inference layer - enabling state of the art models, debugging the latest AI tools, managing networking, debugging latency, and tracking pricing/usage metrics for AI models. You will lead technical discussions on the frontlines with cloud vendors and customers to deliver on critical contracts and to debug platform issues. You will also work upstream with Product to understand features before they break, moving us from "infra-only debugging" to proactive integration testing.

You will:

• Design and implement secure scalable backend systems for Public Sector customers, leveraging Scale's modern and cloud-native AI infrastructure.
• Own services or systems and define their long-term health goals, while also improving the health of surrounding components

The Account Supervisor leads the day-to-day execution of agency and client projects for an assigned portfolio.
